PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ CAREFULLY. Two months ago, I visited this store and was greeted by a tall young white woman who was exceptionally pleasant and courteous. She provided me with a sample of the “skin drink” and a mask to take home, which is why I am giving this store a three-star rating. If it were not for her, I would rate the store one star.
Fast forward, On April 26, 2025, at 4:30 pm, I returned to the store to purchase the full container of the “skin drink”. A short young woman named Ryan (whose name may not be accurate, as I sensed a lack of authenticity when I asked for name) approached me and I informed her of my desire for the “skin drink” moisturizer, she proceeded to hand me one of the containers located in the front row. However, I promptly declined to accept that container because I am aware that they typically remove a portion of the cream from the container for customers to sample. Consequently, there is a significant likelihood that the container I was offered would not be full.
Upon opening the container, I discovered that approximately 25% of the cream had been removed. I informed Ryan that I would not accept that container as it was not full, and she attempted to attribute this to potential transportation or shipping issues. I proceeded to reach for the containers behind to make sure that I didn’t take one that was tampered with. As a result, Ryan’s demeanor became increasingly agitated and annoyed when I exercised my right as a well-informed customer to make sure I get a full container.
I emphasized that, given the $38 price point of the product, I am responsible for ensuring that the container is full and that I receive my money’s worth. She responded by asserting that customers are prohibited from opening the containers due to the organic nature of the product. I am shocked that they attempted to deceive me. I had initially considered this store a potential favorite, but I believe I will now stick with Fenty sadly. Apologies for the long post, but I had to make sure you guys get the full story (not 25% off lol) so that y’ll can make your own decisions and not allow any one to pressure you to buy something without making sure it’s in its full capacity. Read moreI can't believe I've never left a review!! I've been coming to this LUSH for at least the past 5 years and I have nothing but good things to say!
Whenever I'm having a stressful day or even if I just need a treat, I swing by. I used to get just the bath bombs but I now own practically everything they have in the store.
The body conditioner (my favorite is Ro's Argan) makes me unbelievably soft. The massage bars with magnesium are a must as well; I use mine right before bed and it helps me relax completely. If you have trouble relaxing your body and it keeps you up at night, this is the stuff.
The eyeliner works amazingly even on my not-so-light skin, which is not something a lot of other makeup does.
The facemasks are sooo refreshing and they go perfectly with the eye gels.
And oh the bubble bars!!! They make me so soft and the bubbles last for over an hour, even in hot water!
Every time I get out of a LUSH bath, I feel magical and brand new. And the people are amazing. Always beyond kind and super helpful. Sometimes I just step inside for some positive vibes (although I rarely leave empty-handed).
I also wanted to mention that before mother's day, the LUSH newsletter allows you the option to opt out of mother's day related emails. That's the first time I've ever seen that and it was so nice that it was an option. Truly remarkable as people and as a company.

Read moreThe customer service here is TOP NOTCH. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and immediately felt welcomed. There’s a lot of times when I walk into a store and feel like products get pushed on to me, but the staff here was not like that at all. I’m usually an online shopper, but today’s experience may have changed me!!
I can’t say enough about Lorenzo. He was extremely kind, caring, and took so much time to walk me through the store, show me products that would work best for me, explained WHY they would work best for me, and aren’t above and beyond to make my experience a great one. He’s so knowledgeable about the products. I truly felt like I was with a friend and we were shopping together. Lorenzo understands and truly gets customer service and LUSH is incredibly lucky to have him.
I left with some amazing products I can’t wait to try and will come back for Lorenzo and the amazing customer...
