If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of cute earrings from this shop to wear to an upcoming concert and I never received my order. It states in an email that my order was confirmed and they would email me when my item has shipped. My item has not been shipped yet and I purchased these earrings at the very beginning of November. It states in their shipping policy that the item would be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and would get to me in about 3-5 business days. I left several emails for an update on my order and asked if someone would be able to provide me with an estimate on when my item would be shipped and nobody has ever responded. It is very frustrating and unprofessional. Unless you want money stolen from you, I do not recommend buying jewelry from this...

I just felt compelled to write this because of the amazing experience my friend and I had at this location on 8th avenue underground shop on Friday 1/17.

Agnes was absolutely the epitome of an outstanding customer service employee. She stayed an hour (I think) after the shop closes to make sure my friends bracelet was perfect and how she wanted and never one did she tell us it was closing time, rush us, but instead she was so friendly she answered our million questions with a smile on her face.

It's rare I have an experience like that and I thought she needed to be recognized, l because she was absolutely outstanding that day and hopefully she can get the recognition she deserve from the company. She's truly a gem! This location is in the underground market...
