This is the first and only negative review Iāve ever written, but since reviews here are solicited (I was asked multiple times), I donāt want others ending up as frustrated as I am - especially when there are many other and better providers nearby (selfie spa, sisu etc).
I came for masseter Botox and developed a bulge deformity - which is when the Botox doesnāt penetrate the deep tendon of the muscle so these fibers become overactive to compensate for the parts of the muscle the Botox reached. Itās not uncommon, but it should be corrected with a deeper and targeted injection. Instead, after multiple messages, a different injector placed the ācorrectionā barely subcutaneously, clearly superficial to the muscle. I said as much during the injection, but was dismissed, and the deformity remained. I was then told I donāt respond to Botox - blatantly wrong, since the deformity itself shows a response as does the fact that I have since had it corrected elsewhere with the same product in one attempt.
We agreed I would find another provider at this point and they refunded the Botox units but ignored all communication about the other prepaid treatment I had purchased. In addition to leaving me to deal with the masseter issue on my own⦠this is just really bad form.
Lastly, they lack awareness like bringing a random person into the room to watch the injections and saying āitās ok for her to be here, right?ā
All in all: poor technique, no accountability or awareness, and either bad understanding of anatomy and physiology or gaslighting to compensate for lack of skill - not sure which is worse but either way I highly recommend...

No one ever got back to me so I showed up at 12:43. I waited, without anyone even checking me in until 1:30. To which I waited in a freezing cold room, and had been moved to another that the practitioner was in. He was going to let me sit down on a blood filled chair from his previous patient. I had to point this out and he removed the lining. What??? Iāve never had a āmedical professionalā not take these cleanliness protocolsā¦.. Literally a hazard. Nor did he really cleanse the area before injecting me. (I had makeup on) Then he proceeded to poke and prod at me, absolutely zero technique. So choppy in his movements. While I was being ātreatedā receptionist came in to ask about another patient, and the practitioner left the room several times while I was in the chair. When he finished, and I looked in the mirror I had blood all over my face and neck. He was going to let me take an after picture and walk out like that!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Not even happy with my results, my chin is so pointy and jaw is uneven. But I honestly just wanted to get out of there. (2 hours later) PLEASE read all of the negative reviews before coming here. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had previously visited this facility for threads and had a wonderful experience, however, this time around when I had booked an Ultherapy session, the experience felt a little sour. The session itself lasted under 30 minutes, which is not typical for a full face, which should last at least 45 minutes. No numbing was done and the session was sadly uncomfortable. I felt like the provider kept talking to me instead of focusing on the treatment. She also did not cover what is considered a full face. Then when I got home, I noticed a burn on my forehead which most likely resulted from improper use of equipment. Proceeding the treatment no sunblock or moisturizer was applied to protect the skin, knowing the sensitive nature of Ultherapy causes chafing and dryness. Itās unfortunate that this experience was most likely due to the facility being upset I purchased a Groupon as a pre-existing client but the voucher itself did not state āNew Clients Only.ā I was kind enough to offer to pay out of pocket if they were able to honor the same rate as long as my voucher could be canceled and returned to my account. They agreed. This was brought up before the treatment even started, yet I still feel like I was offered poor quality service.
