It was an absolute pleasure working with Marvin. He was always available to not only give great advice but also provided the correct expectations for me. Happy to have met Marvin while house hunting. He is super open to questions and honest when answering. As properties are quite the investment nowadays, it's good to have someone who works with you. We were interested in other properties and he had no problem providing advice on the market and neighborhoods. He knows a lot of people and knew the listing agents of other properties. He was able to get us viewing times convenient to us and showed up to help point out the good and bad of other properties.
