Las Quesadillas — Restaurant in New York

A gentleman was outside the truck assisting with ordering and payment. We ordered quesadillas (middle picture) & a tlacoyo (1st picture). He let us know they have different cook times and asked if we wanted everything served together or as it was ready. Food was great! Not too heavy or greasy. The quesadillas are handmade tortillas that are thin, light but pliable and filled with a small amount of cheese and your choice of filling. They are topped with crispy, refreshing lettuce and crema with both green or red salsa on the side. The tlacoyo was a thicker tortilla with melted cheese and filling inside and again topped with refreshing lettuce and crema and salsa on the side. We sat on the side where stools are provided.
