The boss is very rude. The owner of the store promised to deliver early as possible on Saturday morning and didn’t give us exact time on that day after we paid for everything we bought include delivery fees. But when we call on Sunday, the owner told that they set schedule deliver between 12 to 2 pm which is not early morning at all. I said you should give us exact time before. He was saying if you want to change deliver date then we will charge extra $50 for another date. That was very rude and he not accept his mistake and follow his promise. All he said was not wanna argue. Of course I will not argue if he says sorry that he made mistake of not setting exact deliver time. Then I will definitely agree for later deliver on that day. He cut his call and he only said that he don’t want to argue . That’s not the way of customer service. When he sells furniture , he act nice. But when it comes to deliver after payment, he become different person. That’s not right at all. We want to spend money on retailor who keeps promise and gives 100% customer satisfaction throughout all the process to the end. Yea of course we talk to other guy who is more calm down and he even saying “we written down schedule time on your receipt” and I told him it’s not there but written down only “Saturday”. The purchasing experience and delivery has been good and I have been planning to go back to purchase more, but I was wrong. Until a few weeks after I got the bedding set that I noticed the seam is ripped on the box spring. I went to the store with the picture and wanted to just find a resolution with the owner. He jumped to defense mode immediately and verbally attacked me saying "I don't know what you did with the box spring. " And refused any type of resolution. I even told him it is not his fault if there is a lemon furniture from his supplier, but I guess he meant that if the furniture looks okay on the day, even within one month of regular use and it deteriorated, it is not considered quality issue. Funny that he showed me other of his box springs to prove there is no quality problem - but there was a small rip on his new box spring and then he denied it. I really like small neighborhood business and would love to support them but for this particular store, please be super careful when making the purchase- because the owner will act like a totally different person if you need any type of help after...
Read moreI will not recommend buying from this furniture store. I recently bought a firm mattress from this store 2 weeks ago. I specifically informed the owner, Joe of my back problem so I needed a tempurpedic kind of mattress. The total care mattress. The mattress delivered to me has no name and I could not sleep on it because it was hard like cement. The owner Joe never explained to me that buying a mattress from them is non returnable and no exchange allowed and no warranty. The mattress was hard as a rock or as if lying down on a cement. I wanted to exchange the mattress but Joe said no, they will not accept nor exchange any mattresses bought from them. The mattress was $600 which I lost. This store is not BBB accredited so I cannot file a complaint of the quality of product they are selling. But I am a great believer in KARMA to people who swindle you out of your hard earned money.
