First time bad experience here. I went here many times before and I love the ladies there. Alway so sweet and helpful. Today, there was a super rude lady. She might be new; I'm not sure. Saying I wore too much makeup when I only had a blush and lip gloss on my face. She also assumed I didn't wash my face cleanly because I had some pimples when I literally double cleanse everyday. I told her my pimples was due to genetics. If I ate bad foods, I would break out. Then she kept saying I had pimples and was trying to recommend facial products to me when I was going there only for conditioner. Just in general giving rude, unsolicited comments. I know I have pimples. You think I don't see my face everyday? I told her she was rude and she kept saying she wasn't. Honestly, I don't know why you have someone like that working at the store. This is not how you treat customers. If she wanted to recommend me products, she could've said it in a nice manner and I would've appreciated it. Not make it seem like I don't wash my face and I wear heavy makeup. Even if I liked heavy makeup, so what? It's none of your business. If you don't like seeing it, then don't look. The way she handled this was extremely unprofessional and represents the company horribly. The other worker there didn't stand up for me and stayed silent, which was disappointing. Horrible...

Love this place! I’ve been coming to this facial salon for years now. Love the quiet atmosphere with the relaxing soft sound of nature in the background. The facials last approximate 2 hours and it’s well worth the time spent. They clean, steam, remove impurities, do your eyebrows, the anti-aging treatment for wrinkles, massage, and everything else that’s good for the skin. The products they use (Shiseido) are the best. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. I’ve taken many of my family members there and recommend my friends. If you are looking to pamper yourself and have a glorious looking skin (specially a few days later), this is the place to go. When it comes to skin care, they are knowledgeable. They offer suggestions in terms of diet to address any skin issues and give free samples for one to try at home. I’ve had people tell me that my skin is glowing (and my skin is not the greatest) a few days after visiting the salon. I can only give them the credit. I don’t have that many wrinkles, and can only think of their anti-wrinkle treatment that I’ve been receiving for years. It pays off to love and...

I was hesitant at first because I don’t usually do these types of treatments.

But I gave it a shot to try it.

I was escorted to a private room, and it was surprisingly more comfortable than I had expected. Their attendant, Ruby, handled my treatment.

She was very kind and friendly in her demeanor, very professional in her approach, and was patient and careful because she knew I wasn’t used to it and that it might be painful at the start.

After a few minutes, it became more relaxing, and I even fell asleep multiple times.
