FIRST REVIEW: Didn't know that they store my credit card information even after the service is finished. I am well aware of their late, no-show/cancellation policy and it makes sense if they want my payment info for that. But storing my data without my consent even after that is not what I'm happy with. They tried to explain that's it's for future booking and without it on their file I won't be able to make an appointment. Don't make an assumption about me and use it as an excuse to keep my personal information without my consent! Are you gonna take responsibility if there's a data breach and my card info is stolen?

Other than that, I had a good time with Miya. She was gentle and very nice to talk to. Salon is nice and clean.

UPDATE: You can manage your business the way you want but I have my rights to my personal information. My simple request is for you to delete my information. I called the salon and your staff guaranteed to delete my information and account, saying that once the account is gone, I won't be able to log in. You can manage it whatever you want, but I don't agree with you keeping my information. Guess what, I still can sign in. have gotten japanese gel here twice and i love it. japanese gel is firm/durable and also easy to remove, so it's best of both worlds of soft and hard regular gels in my opinion. the price is good too. The only negative of Mellow for me is that they dont have physical examples of the polish colors, you have to look on a website which isn't very useful, and they dont have many glitter options, so i havent been super happy with the...
