Jean + Jean are the absolute best. I've been parking here for almost a year now after leaving a Manhattan garage that was more than twice the price, where my car frequently got dinged and scratched because the attendants didn't care at all, and the cars were parked maybe 3 inches from one another on a good day.

While those guys did not care about my car, Jean + Jean DO care about my car, and they care a lot. My car has its own space where it's not on top of other cars - you can actually open the car doors without hitting another car even! It's how all these garages would be if they cared about the customer and their car.

The garage is also highly secure and temperature-controlled, so the car isn't freezing in the winter or cooking in the summer, and for those of us who think about proximity to subways, it's about 50 steps away from the Bedford L train stop.

The hours for this garage are also very good - they open very early morning and stay open until 11pm or midnight depending on the day, even on holidays! If you require a 24-hour garage, this location is not for you.

Bottom line - I trust Jean + Jean with my car, and I can't say that about anywhere else I've ever parked. I highly recommend these gentlemen and this...

Awful experience. They advertise they got EV chargers, but when you get there they tell you they only have Testa's. I said no problem, I got a Tesla adapter. But no now they said all the chargers are busy and they can't arrange to recharge my car, even if it is a 2 days stay. On top of that they charge me an extra $20 because the car is a small SUV I said that I put all the info about my car on the SpotHero website and that was the price I was supposed to pay, not an extra $20. A total nightmare. Go park...

This place is a complete rip off. I paid for parking through Park Whiz app for $19 for 4 hours. Not bad. Until I went to pick up my car. They slapped a $7 extra charge for being an over-sized vehicle. Keep in mind, I drive a 2013 C300, a small sedan. Not only that, the attendant was completely lost when I asked what the extra charge was for and was no help. Avoid this place...
