The customer service was horrible. I went there on 6/9/2024. I ordered the traditional fried rice which was so yummy, however, there was a hair in my food. I let the server know and they took the plate and brought out a new plate. Once we received the bill we were charged for the rice. When I went to politely speak to the manager about it she immediately had an attitude and was confrontational. I didn’t even utter a word other than “hi excuse me..” before she attacked me. I politely asked why am I still being charged for the fried rice when there was a hair in my food. Her response was “so what everyone loses hair. We replaced the rice so you are being charged.” I asked ok where is the accommodation for the fact it is unsanitary to have hair in food. The manager refused to hear my side of things and only cared about what she was saying, continued to argue that I must be charged. I had no issue paying so paying was never the issue. The problem was that the manager was extremely unprofessional, disgusting, ignorant and unaccommodating for the unsanitary hair that was in my food. It’s so sad because the food is tasty but it makes no sense to put money into a business like that. I would...

I must admit I enjoy eating great Thai food, that is the reason I always visit Thailand for a holiday. Different curry dishes to die for, but that is quite an expensive trip for food. I agree that is why I visited Williamsburg Thai Cuisine. They deliver great home-cooked meals that swear you are in Thailand. Do not follow my old habits, but head to this wonderful restaurant to tickle your taste buds.

Why this Restaurant in particular and not the others? Food of course... The service they provided was amazing, so I would give them an A+. A few days ago, I have pretended that I never ate Thai food before, just to see how they would deliver their customer service. You know is very important to deliver excellent customer experience, then work backward towards the food. The gentlemen delivered just that from the minute I stepped through their doors to time I said good night. I guess, they want to make sure you are happy, if not they will feel disappointed. Don't worry you did...

Words can't describe the greatness of Williamsburg Thai Cuisine. All the members of this restaurant are like family, a sweetest place to go, the team is friendly from the kitchen to the delivery person, the front desk and waitress team are a lovely souls, you will feel like home, but not only that, I'm not lying when I say is The best place to enjoy a very delicious food, all the plates in the menu are delicious, all of them; I highly recommend the Pineapple fried rice with any protein you select, also the Tom Kha Soup if you want a small soup, in my picture is the Kao Soy Noodle Soup not too spicy, the grilled beef salad is really good as well; For drinks my favorite one is Thai ice tea with bubbles and the Taro milk tea. And another thing! The price is really good! I recommend it if you have a date this is a nice spot at night and is not noisy to enjoy conversations under a warm light. Please enjoy your visit here in the great location in...
