The customer service was horrible. I went there on 6/9/2024. I ordered the traditional fried rice which was so yummy, however, there was a hair in my food. I let the server know and they took the plate and brought out a new plate. Once we received the bill we were charged for the rice. When I went to politely speak to the manager about it she immediately had an attitude and was confrontational. I didn’t even utter a word other than “hi excuse me..” before she attacked me. Read moreI must admit I enjoy eating great Thai food, that is the reason I always visit Thailand for a holiday. Different curry dishes to die for, but that is quite an expensive trip for food. I agree that is why I visited Williamsburg Thai Cuisine. They deliver great home-cooked meals that swear you are in Thailand. Do not follow my old habits, but head to this wonderful restaurant to tickle your taste buds.
Why this Restaurant in particular and not the others? Food of course... The service they provided was amazing, so I would give them an A+. You know is very important to deliver excellent customer experience, then work backward towards the food. The gentlemen delivered just that from the minute I stepped through their doors to time I said good night. I guess, they want to make sure you are happy, if not they will feel disappointed. Don't worry you did...
