Where do I even begin? The folks at Mia Wagner are super warm and welcoming. Stepping out the mirror elevator, you’re greeted instantly by the sweet receptionist. The salon captures the essence of old school New York vibes with up to date hair protocols. I was quickly seen and had a mini consultation with Mia as she guided me step by step on how she’s going to achieve my desire cut look. Mariana washed my head with her gentle hands and was so attentive with water temperature and pressure. Rosie did my toner to uplift my dull highlights and I was treated with an amazing massage. At the chair, Mia explained thoroughly how the cut was going to be and showed me with half my hair did and the other not. I always appreciate that, especially when committing to a new haircut style. After, I got a gentle blowout and curls. Thank you Mia Wagner team for providing the upmost customer service with diligence and grace. Best haircut from Emma, best color, best service, upscale but not snotty. The staff really shows care and concern for their customers. They called to wish me a happy birthday and while I was there getting a service Gary one of the owners ran across the street to get another customer an umbrella because it was drizzling out and she was worried about getting her hair wet. They have Oribe products which I love and their treatment specialist Eugenia gave me the best treatment I ever had. My hair is shiny and smooth for 6 days now. After I see how much that improved my hair I am going to go once a week for this treatment! The last time I was there I got my eyelashes done by Dorothy. They look so natural and amazing. I have had my lashes done from other places and it always look so overdone. This was classy and perfect couldn’t even tell they were not my own lashes. Very happy with this place but don’t want my review to make them so busy that I can’t get an appointment. But they are good people and deserve for people to know about...

Mia Wagner is such a beautiful and elegant but warm salon. Everyone is friendly and nice , very clean , lovely lighting and very pretty ambience. Great hair products and accessories too . My haircut with ROSIE was just perfect . Rosie realllllllly listened to me carefully as i prattled on abt what i like and don’t like in a haircut , and then offered me a few perfect suggestions based on what i was saying ( which was great !) She cuts meticulously and gave me loose seamless layers ( no random chopping with razors like many people do !) She cut with scissors and measured and cared . And my hair looks fantastic ! Best haircut ever ( and i have been everywhere ! ) She does excellent blow dry styling too . i didn’t even need the straightening iron ( that i usually insist on ) because my hair looked so great even without it .
