Milano’s Tailors — Local services in New York

I wish I’d read some of the other reviews before going here. I took in suit pants for an alteration to get them taken in a bit and shortened a bit. $160 is what I was quoted. This seemed high but a friend recommended him, so I agreed to the price. When I got them back the waist was quite tight indeed, almost a full size below what I normally wear and the cuffs had big creases (pictured) running through them. Picking my battles, I mentioned only the big creases to the gentleman and he said a dry cleaner could get it out. Well I just came from a dry cleaner and he said that no way could they get them out and that the tailor messed it up. I called Milano and spoke to the gentleman who helped me and now he claims that, no a dry cleaner can’t get it out. When I menthat he told me they could he said, he meant over time. But that’s totally not how he presented it. At the time he explained that he was only a tailor so they didn’t have what was necessary to remove the creases but a dry cleaner would. I told him I was very dissatisfied with the service and he was totally unapologetic. For $160 he ruined the pants I had bought for several...

I gave my Brioni suit to them and they ruined it it tighter they messed my 6000$ suit and the work is garbage the worst tailor I have seen and I was disgusted by what they did to my suit and I gave them 400 dollars for there horrible work and the work isn’t worth that much money at most the work is...

Terrible service...left my pants there for 2 weeks...they never touched...when picked them up..all wrinkled . Poor attitude....be careful with the service!!! Didn't know how to fix my...
