Would never come here again. I had Lily, I felt like she just wasn’t listening to me and wasn’t very helpful. I also feel like she was in a rush. I wanted a specific color for my french tips and she kept steering me towards a white color. I showed her a video example of some hyper realistic nails. I do understand that’s very specific, but looking at the photos online of what they do, I was confident we could find some middle ground. While I was getting my pedicure (my pedicurist was perfect btw and I specified that I wanted the tip to go completely to her since I didn’t have cash), she started my manicure. I wanted hard gel originally, she convinced me to get acrylic. I’ve had acrylics before, I know what it feels like to get them. She’s putting giant globs of gel and moving fast. It was burning hot under the UV because of how much acrylic there was and acrylic was dripping down over my fingers. We get to shaping, two fingers are awfully crooked. Then, she starts painting my nails white as this we didn’t gave a whole conversation about me having french tips. At this point, I just let her do whatever, because clearly she didn’t have any concern for what I wanted, as long as the nails are presentable, I don’t care, I just wanna get out, if the classic french looks nice that’s fine. This is an awful set for the price. I am very disappointed. The nails are lumpy and not straight on the edges, they look more narrow than the pictures I’ve seen on the website. The last pics is a screenshot of a video i provided for inspo, I did not request rings, just for the subtle...

I came here this past Wednesday for a soak off of two nails remaining from my previous set and a new full set of acrylics. I booked online with someone who was not Lily as I saw the previous reviews describing her less-than-stellar work. When I got there Lily was the one doing my nails, which was frustrating, but no one else was available. She used a Metrocard to remove my two nails, which was ridiculously painful and is so unsanitary??? When I jumped in pain she told me I was too sensitive. One of my nails continued to hurt until the next day. I should have left then but I needed my nails done for a work event. She rushed through my set while also being distracted by picking up the phone, talking on her personal cell, and instructing another tech on how to do powder extensions (and I am unsure why another tech is doing them without proper instruction). My nails mostly looked nice except for a few lumps and one totally crooked nail. However, it’s now Monday, and literally every single nail has chipped or fallen off, which is so disappointing. I was charged the full $20 for the soak off (which was really just a Metrocard-pull-off for two nails, lol) and $65 for the full set. Do not waste your money coming here, I’m so disappointed, and run from anywhere using a Metrocard as a...

I originally requested Sophia and ended up with Mandy last minute. She was rushing the whole process of filling in my acrylics. And was always very rude pulling and pushing away my hands. There were A LOT of language barriers because I couldn’t understand what she was saying. But I didn’t want to be rude and tell her that. She then made the wrong shape on acrylics and got upset when I told her that I didn’t understand what she said. And then proceeded to talk to her Peers in her language. Then she shooed me away to another lady to finish off the process because someone else who requested her came in. I also wanted glitter on my nails and was charged $10 more and again Mandy was being cheap with the glitter I paid for. She got upset yet again because I requested more glitter. I ended up with a cut on my thumb and an overpriced acrylics procedure and it was only a fill in. I requested Sophia for a reason if I knew she wasn’t there I would’ve canceled my appointment instead of dealing with a mad woman who took it out on my nails. Never again. At Least not...

It hurts to write this review. Went in yesterday with my daughter for the pedicure and manicure promotion. This place is really close to my location so I thought, why not? it’s a really good deal for $35! But I’m really, really regretting that I went! The place is clean, but the girl how I got was in kind of a rush. She first cut my skin so it started bleeding on one of my toes, then she went too harsh with the nail file on my fingers so I got 2 bad cuts that’s infected today! She finished about 20 minutes before my daughter was done and she had 2 ladies that worked on her nails for a while. So I would say it really depends on how you get at this place. My daughter is super happy with her nails. I’m not since I got 3 bad cuts from it and wish I never went!!

I wanted simple design with my manicure and I asked the girls if they can do it, I showed them the picture. They said yes. What turned out is just horrible!!!!!!!!!!! I removed it as soon as I came home :-( It was obvious that she didn’t know how to do nails design. They told me that next time I should make an appointment and tell them in advance that I want design. But why the heck I was accepted as a customer today if they knew that they won’t be able to provide decent service? I was also changed around 60$ for this awful manicure.
