Maryjane Cannabis Co. | NYC Dispensary — Local services in New York

First and foremost I live on the same block and I was apprehensive about how having a legal dispensary around my home would be. That said, I am truly blown away. My girlfriend and I work hard so we do our best to enjoy our personal time. This store has such amazing people that after seeing my girlfriend and I walking with our dog, salesman Ryan told me, my girlfriend and our puppy to come in as he had a surprise for coda our puppy. I could not they went out of their way to buy a dog treat bowl and treats and while I know this goes to all the dogs that come by every staff member knows the name of my dog and I know that if he spoke English even he would be leaving a review, saying how wonderful it is here. Today is the first review I’m leaving as it is truly the best experience I’ve had to date. The two staff members I interacted with today were Bleu and Kepler. I must say that overall, I am blown away by the experience I had today. If I could give 10 stars I would. God bless the wonderful humans that make this place run. It’s a really nice clean store definitely one of the more luxury looking dispensaries I’ve been to. They have great options and have a reward program which is a plus for those who purchase often.

Staff is sweet, however they are unaware of the option to pay Boomerang / MyFriendlyPay. When I arrived to the store, expecting a nice seamless transaction. They were unable to see on their end that I’ve paid, despite showing the transaction charge, and the confirmation on my end. They had no way in confirming that the transaction went through. Resulting in me having to re-order, and walk 5 blocks to take out cash and walk back, inorder to pay for my order. Their only solution was for me to dispute it with my bank. A week later, I still don't have my money back.

Came here twice recently and both times had some of the best customer service I’ve had in any retail space, not just at a dispensary. Dez looked out for me and gave me a consumption journal to track my favorite strains since I had purchased a variety pack of pre-rolls and the day before the cashier gifted me a lighter when they overheard me mentioning to need one earlier in our conversation. Also the gentlemen that helped me and my wife choose our items really came through as she doesn’t have a tolerance as high as mine....
