I brought my 11 year old niece up from Washington, DC with me for and Auntie & Me weekend and took her here for our first day out.

From the way the staff warmly greeted us at the door to the way they “ripped the runway” with my niece after spoiling her with the best services…it was all top notch and above & beyond.

She was able to create her own lotion with various selections to choose from, including glitter which she went to town on. Then she was whisked away for a fabulous pedicure (with glitter), manicure (with charms), facial, and eye dusting. I’ve never seen her smile so wide. They took their time with her, asked her about herself, and genuinely engaged with her as they rendered services. They also had a pretty impressive menu with the cutest package names. I was very impressed. Everyone there was so warm and welcoming. I was offered something to drink while I waited and made conversation with everyone. It felt like a throw back salon in my youth where the women socialized & fed off of each other’s great energy.

After my niece was finished with her services, she received a delicious (her words) snack of strawberry milk & a sugar cookie.

I wish there was one in my area because I’d take my niece there all the time. We were both treated so amazing and the services were wonderful. My niece hasn’t stopped looking at her nails and make up since we left. She hasn’t stopped smiling either.

I’d definitely recommend Milk & Cookies. As a mom. As an aunt. As a licensed esthetician (yes, I was even checking out their product selection 😩). As a customer for life.

Book the service. They even have birthday packages. You won’t regret it. I’d definitely travel 5 hours again for another...

Everyone has their own opinion on how they feel so I'll be sharing my thoughts and feelings towards Milk and Cookies kids spa. I went on Mothers Day for a spa day with my daughter whom was so excited. I spent 3 hours or so and chose the mommy and me package for $124.00 thinking my daughter and I would be doing our manicures, pedicures together but it did not work out that way we managed to get only a facial done together and made a scrub/ bubblebath. Everyone their is very nice but I feel they should have experienced adults as employees instead of highschool students. When it comes to manicures and pedicures don't expect the service to be top of the line meaning like buffing, cuticle removal a correct way of nail filing oh and let me not forget nail painting. My daughter and I paint our nails 100% better then what we received. It's been two days since I was last their and my nail polish is already peeling. Service and treatment can be alot better if their were adults attending to you. As for the price depending on whats chosen to me it's expensive and not worth it due to the service your receiving. You receive a small cup of flavored milk and a cookie which is a cute and I enjoyed but overall your basically paying for the concept on what they offer which is wrong. The concept of the kids spa and service should always be 100% which I personally did not receive. I gave a tip to the two young ladies but not because my service was great or because they attended to my daughter and I but because they were both sweet and nice and are preparing for prom next month. Milk & Cookies Salon is truly exceptional! My 2.5-year-old daughter recently had her first haircut here, and Rosio made it an unforgettable experience. The best way to describe Rosio is like the perfect Kindergarten teacher in stylist form—warm, bubbly, loving, and so incredibly skilled at making kids feel comfortable and safe.

Rosio greeted us with such kindness and enthusiasm, immediately putting my daughter at ease. She was patient, engaging, and made the whole experience fun while also being calming and reassuring. Her expertise really shone through as she gave my daughter a beautiful first haircut. Rosio took the time to discuss what I envisioned while sharing her professional insights, and together we came up with a fantastic plan. The result was perfect—exactly what I wanted!

The salon itself is immaculate, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to make children (and parents) feel welcome. As a mom of a biracial child, I was especially grateful for Rosio’s knowledge and support in recommending products tailored to my daughter’s hair type. She even gave me valuable tips for maintaining her hair at home, which I deeply appreciated.
