N4 Esthetic Clinic — Local services in New York

i have been to many different aestheticians and Jane at N4 is by far my favorite! She is so thorough with her work. I can tell she really cares about my overall happiness and the best results for me personally. She listens to the goals I want and works with me to achieve them. I went in asking for under eye filler and she explained why it would not work for me specifically and offered alternatives. I appreciate that so much because I have been to places that will just inject whatever you ask for to make money and the results are not always good. I can tell Jane really cares about her clients and wants the best results. Jane takes the time to listen (even when I ramble on forever) and informs me why my problem areas are the way they are. It is so refreshing to go to someone who explains the reasoning and the science behind things so I know why the options we go with are the best. She is so knowledgeable in what she does and has shared that knowledge with me. If it weren’t for her, I would overfill and probably get the wrong products that aren’t suitable for my face. She really looks at me, gets a history of what I’ve had done, and comes up with the best plan to achieve my goals. Jane has completely transformed my jawline and people can’t even tell, it looks so natural. I cant say enough good things about Jane because through her she has not only raised my appearance but she has raised my confidence. I am very picky and self conscious about my appearance. I have been to many people in NYC and Florida and Jane truly is the best. She utilizes her knowledge and experience to work with me and my budget to achieve the best results. Stay away from Maria for any service - especially laser.

I’ve come here for a few skincare services before and the doctor has been great - professional, takes the time to understand your concerns and recommend the best option.

I thought I’d try the clinic’s laser services - stay away. I didn’t even make it 5 min into the appointment because of the lack of professionalism and rudeness of Maria. She didn’t introduce herself in the session, just started interrogating me (many of the questions were in the appointment notes, had she bothered to review them). When I asked to take a step back and understand her level of experience and the process, she seemed taken aback. These are standard questions for a sensitive procedure like this - I’ve done several laser treatments elsewhere and people always answer these questions and try to make you feel comfortable. Maria was the opposite - when I asked her to be a bit nicer she got hostile, telling me I walked in with a bad attitude. Laser is an incredibly expensive, sensitive procedure - I wanted to understand who I would be working with. If you can’t even bother to answer introductory questions - why should I trust you with this procedure?

Neither the clinic nor Maria offered an apology for the way I was treated. There are many clinics out there, and treating your patients with respect and friendly bedside manner should be table stakes. I’ll be doing future appointments elsewhere and suggest others...

10/10 recommend. Corinne is freaking amazing. I was nervous to start my Botox experience ( I’m 28 and hadn’t done it before ) she took such great care in listening to exactly what I wanted, making it look incredibly natural, and was very clear on any follow up instructions. I went back 6 months later and got filler as well as Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Corinne is SO sweet, detail oriented, and very knowledgeable. She took her time explaining the process, recovery period, and showing me what my skin would look like after the fact ( lifting certain places with her fingers etc ). She never pushes any products or suggests doing anything more than what you’re comfortable with. I’ve had other friends go to other places where they were not happy at all - told them about Corinne and they happily made the switch over. I would highly recommend her if this is your first time and you’re a bit nervous, or if you’re looking for a new consistently good technician. The whole spa is nice and I’m going back in two weeks for a check up / facial that you get free with Botox!! Very very happy with...
