Square Stores — Local services in New York

If you’re in New York City especially in the borough of Brooklyn, you got to head to Square Stores! They got tons of stuff for your hipster or working needs! They got brands like Carhartt, Timberland, Levi’s, Columbia, Champion, North Face, Filson, Under Armour, Merrell, Schott, Patagonia as well as Pendleton! I’m sure they got more brands but I forget…. from socks to warm jackets, they got your back…and your feet! Now, this place is an institution to me. I don’t know when they first opened but I grew up coming here since 1980 so I’ve seen this place grow from just a small local corner to now a bigger renovated local store with sizes ranging from small to 6XL!!! Yes, they got you fully covered! The place has been run and owned by the same guy “Howie” since I can remember! He’s a real gem and his staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. When I’m in Brooklyn, I always make it a point to stop by Square Stores to see what’s new to buy and to check in just for old time’s sake! I was really upset how the owner behaved with me. Such a rude and loud person. I was trying on some gloves to see which were my size. A worker asked if I needed help with anything I responded no thank you. The owner then started saying how I was such a rude person and calling me ignorant which I didn’t like. So I spoke up and told that I didn’t like the way he was talking about me. Owner started to tell me how people were very sensitive about COVID-19 and that’s why he didn’t wanted me trying on gloves, meanwhile he had no mask on and started raising his voice at me. Please don’t bother coming to this store it’s a waste of time and...

Owner is rude and a real Scrooge I'm trying to pick out a shirt for Christmas Eve I unfolded three shirts to make sure it would fit me and what it would look like he tells me I should buy a shirt or leave the store when I asked him why he's rushing me he tells me I'm getting loud while he's being confrontational and trying to be mr. Tough guy I used to shop this store but I wouldn't go in there anymore cuz he's mr. McNasty and an old grouch if he treats customers like this he's going to go out of business and I hope he does. How could somebody be so miserable the day...
