I am a customer since Mr.Reagan time. I realize that ownership changed, last ten years. I stopped going to this market, till last July. What the new owner has done amazes me. The quality of the products, excellent service, and most importantly prices- you kept under tough control. This market refused to go crazy with corporate America. This market chose to stay calm and provide 2010 prices. Last time I went, I was one of 12 customers in am hours. I don’t mind being one of 36 customers at a time, because of your tremendous service.
I believe that this approach is going to bring this market trailer load of money. This market refuses to be vicious, and this market took punches on their chin. We, the customers are going to reward this market. Congratulations! You are a great man with tremendous future in...
Read moreExcellent meat market! Sort of the DiPalo's of Polish Greenpoint. Nice dry kabanossi, house cured bacons and hams, a few cheese options and some excellent sides, especially their incredible homemade vegetable, minestrone, cream of mushroom. Their Jarzynowa potato salad mixed with egg, peas, corn, mustard and mayo is incredible. Their house cured Virginia and Smoked hams, Canadian and smoked bacon and kielbasy rise to artisan level at dirt cheap prices, roughly $5.50-6.99/lb! The place is spotless and the service is excellent. You def do NOT need to speak Polish. Pork Love is universal and the smiling staff are there to help. Be a Greenpoint Hero; Show up your next Barbecue this summer with some Kiszka kielbasy, Eddie's pickles, spicy mustard, sauerkraut, fresh rolls and potato salad. Tell...
Read moreMy dad has been taking me here since I was a little girl, They used to have another location (W-Nassau) on 61 St. in Maspeth, we used to go there too. This place is a go-to for their stuffed cabbage and Kielbasa (Krajana has always been our favorite). Whenever we visit family, my dad would bring the stuffed cabbage from here, it’s a family favorite. They also have great deli cuts, I included a photo of a ham I picked up. You can also come here for farmer’s cheese, butter, babka and other sweets, and pantry staples like pickled items, and jarred salads. There’s also seasoning and flour, the exact flour I tried to find in Poland but found it...
