The guys that work at Lucas electronics are super helpful and knowledgeable. It is always my go-to local store for electronics, especially because the price match with all the major online retailers. Most recently I bought a 55” Samsung Frame Tv (which is amazing by the way) and Paul was super helpful with the decision-making process, checkout, delivery AND installation. Paul and Dominic brought the TV up to my 3rd floor apartment (all stairs) and spent the next hour or so installing the tv on my wall (on a Saturday evening). They brought all the tools and gadgets necessary for installation so I didn’t have to lift a finger! Plus! Delivery is free and the installation was in the $100-$150 range, which was totally worth having professionals install the tv (the Frame’s installation is a bit more complex than the normal tv wall mount). Best electronics shopping experience I've had in a while. I needed to buy a small space heater, with both price and safety in mind. Thats when I ran into Patrick, who worked there. He gave A+ customer service. He had excellent product expertise, and showed me a heater that had advanced safety features but wasn't too bank-breaking. But I'm a cheap-ass, so I didn't want to pay the sticker price. He was happy to match the Amazon price I found online, with no complaint. I felt like I was getting exactly the product I wanted, at exactly the price I wanted to pay. This experience was largely due to the fact that Patrick kicks ass. We went to Lucas to shop for a new quiet AC, Mateusz was very helpful and showed us different types of AC and recommended the most quiet one. He took the time to turn on different AC to show us and explain its functionalities how it works. The delivery and installation services by Mateusz and his partner was performed on the day as promised. When the new AC became known to have defects. Mateusz quickly arranged for an exchange and again the delivery and installation services by him and another partner Jacob was excellent. They took care of the removal of the old defective AC with great care. Installation of the new AC was perfect and professionally done.
