Greek Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I really like the food here but they’re very inconsistent when it comes to orders. I order the same thing all the time and sometimes they follow the order requests, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they put a lot of pita, sometimes they don’t. It’s very disappointing because now each time i have to guess if they were having a good day or not when I’m paying for a product. Consistency is important and to me it’s just respectful to meet expectations as a customer who literally has ordered multiple times from here. Tonight my order was in a box, wasn’t even sealed. Chicken sticks thrown on-top of some pita. Disgusting presentation and showed that they didn’t care.

Greek Kitchen is the best spot for takeout or having a super casual bite to eat. The location is clean and inviting, the food is great, prices are fair and the staff is super friendly. We love having more Greek options in the neighborhood.

I also wanted to give a huge shoutout to the customer service here. I ordered the wrong dish recently – which was totally my own fault for saying the wrong thing when I ordered! – and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the right thing and enjoy my meal. A new, clean and refreshing small business. The food and customers are handled with care. I enjoyed a Greek salad with grilled chicken souvlaki. Amazzzzzing! The salad was huge I was unable to finish it in one seating. The combination of the flavors was pure perfection. Clean eating at its best whenever you’re on the go or don’t feel like cooking at home.
