I’ve had my babies (cats) for 7 and 5 years now and I will preempt this review by saying I am a shameless crazy cat mom who will obsessively worry about my pets while I’m away. I’ve had zero anxiety and zero reasons to worry ever since I hired Never Alone Pets. As a couple that travels a lot, we have experienced our share of cat sitters in New York in all but one of the nyc boroughs. We are THRILLED to have found Damiana almost a year ago when we moved to Queens. Damiana is the absolute BEST cat sitter I have ever had the joy of hiring to care for my babies. I have never felt more at ease with a sitter in my life. She is kind, responsive, reliable and her and her team know exactly what they’re doing. She came to our house to meet our cats along with the sitter who would be caring for them. She listened to all our instructions carefully (we have a blind cat who tends to eat really fast and throws up) and provided us with the most amazing care for our pets from the very first time we went away. She will ALWAYS send you timely updates along with pictures and videos. You are guaranteed peace of mind while you’re away and I promise that you will always come home to find happy, well-fed pets and a spotless litter every single time. Damiana has even accommodated us with last minute requests for dinner feedings when we knew we’d be late coming home from work or an event. When our previous dedicated sitter had to go back to her home country, Damiana personally came over to our house with her sister and our new sitter Juliana to show her the ropes with our cats. Damiana and all her sitters have been the dream team for our needy pets. Damiana welcomes my many texts and questions and will answer every single one immediately and thoroughly. My daughter and I have been customers of Never Alone Pets since 2018 when we started their dog-walking services for our 9 year old Morkie, Dahlia. We love our experience with Alexandre and Never Alone Pets! Dahlia is our fur baby and her comfort and care is our top priority. When we first started, Damiana and Alexandre came over for a trial to see how comfortable Dahlia would feel with Alexandre as her walker. Needless, it went well from the start and we haven't used any other petwalking service since then.

Alexandre treats Dahlia like she's his own and we appreciate that his updates include whether she peed and pooped, her mood, and a picture. We never have to worry about Dahlia while she is in his care; he even changes her water and plays with her a bit to make sure she has a 5 star experience. Dahlia loves her walks and is always happy and excited when she hears Alexandre coming to pick her up. We can always tell from the photos Alexandre sends during each walk that Dahlia is having a great time. Never Alone Pets has been nothing but professional and reliable, delivering an experience unlike any other service we've previously used....

Never alone pets is like family to me. Having a puppy can be very stressful and I thank GOD I met Damiana. Her professionalism and rates are fantastic but more importantly her kindness and empathy is what sets her and her business apart. I adore and love Alex who was my fur baby walker. Alex is truly a dog person! He always hugged and greeted my baby with a smile and she loves walking with Alex. Alex always sends great pictures during the walk, he goes above and beyond because he also confirms distant walked in terms of miles and confirms if she goes number 1 or 2 for me to know.
