I went today (3/31/25) at around 8pm-ish because I had seen cute claw machines inside. The plushies and toys were cute and I’m aware that most of their products and staff are good and well trained. However, today I had a very upsetting experience. I was trying for the plushie (picture below) and spent around $20 doing so. I didn’t get the keychain since the claw was very weak. However, I, along with some of my friends, decided to go up to the staff member to politely ask if it would be possible for me to just get the plushie since you could clearly see in the camera how much I spent on it. They said no and thought I was disappointed I understood and was okay with the answer. What irked me though was that when me and my group of friends were walking away we could hear the staff talking in Chinese (our entire group understands Chinese for reference) and they saying sarcastically to each other how the other should give the plushie to us if they wanted and that we were liars who wanted to steal the plushie for free even though, once again, they could check the cameras. This experience was heavily upsetting. I don’t understand how the staff had the nerve to call us liars and robbers behind our backs simply because we were teens rather than adults. I’m quite sure other staff members during the morning are usually nicer or it could’ve just been because I was usually with a guardian. Overdue review….During the pandemic, which is 2020, I couldn't go to Apple Store. My iPhone 6s Plus battery needed new battery and Apple Store wasn't taking walk in appointment. The girl over there said it's going to be $40 to for new battery and comes with 1 year warranty. Sounds great right? It's too good to be true. She messed up my phone camera and earpiece. I went there again on same day less then an hour of getting it fixed and asked them why the camera and the earpiece isn’t working, and they said no it's fine it's probably the software and needed to reboot. This did not work. WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?! So they were GASLIGHTING me. I shouldn't have to defend that my phone became defective AFTER the new battery replacement. What happened to the customer is right? There was no professionalism whatsoever. Fed up I didn't want them to eff my phone more, I ended up going to a reliable guy name Jimmy and he uses OEM part and fixed my camera for $20. He explain the girl wasn't careful with the ribbon attached to the camera and it's very near the battery. This means they didn’t know the full knowledge of the phone and if they fix whatever your phone problem was or whatever electronic they are dealing with, it will most likely have problem(s).

If you don't want your phone, computer or laptop to continuously have additional problem don't go here!

Reply to store 09/21/24: I’ve updated my review but if TLDR, this was year 2020, and this was less then 1 hours of getting the phone battery replace. Your worker didn’t provide any resolution nor give me any compensation and just blamed me that the phone camera and earpiece...

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THIS STORE IS A BIG SCAM! ‼️‼️ I had my phone fix for a cracked screen and cracked back. They charged me for $180. I paid cash and when I got my phone back, the screen was glitching and my battery was switched. My settings had "not recognized part"! My phone kept dying fast and when I charge my phone, the phone restarts by itself.

I went back to have it fix again 2 days later, I was told I must pay $30 extra to get a new battery. They forced me to pay even after I refuse because I said they must fix their mistake. This place is a scam. Botched work and will switch your battery to a bad one. I will report this place to the police for scamming and harassment.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They take your battery and because of this issue, it forces you to come back because your phone will die fast.
