NYP is THE BEST studio anyone could ask for! If I could give them ten stars, I would in a heartbeat. The space itself is so aesthetically pleasing, the music is dynamic & fun, the staff is so considerate and welcoming, and the classes are out of this world! Everything is beautiful, the community is beautiful, and more than that, it is encouraging and inclusive - there is no sense of judgement, all are welcome, and there's truly a sense that everyone there just wants you to feel good! This is the first time I've ever enjoyed group fitness, and it's because of how sweet and attentive everyone is here - truly, hated group classes before but I am in love with NYP, 10/10 would recommend every time. Everything is kept exceptionally clean and organized, and honestly all of their products smell so dang DELICIOUS (check out the amenities in the bathrooms, you may never leave). Trust me, you will feel like a rockstar after...

Each class is relatively small so they feel like a private session because the instructor has the ability to go around and correct your form, give you pointers, or even compliment how well you’re doing, which I really appreciate! The cleanliness of this studio is just another thing that keeps me coming back, they truly care about the health and cleanliness of their studio and everyone in it (even before Covid). Nevertheless, I am so happy to add NYP classes back into my daily schedule!!!...
Read moreI found the experience a bit disappointing, especially for the $50 drop-in price without a new student special or introductory offer—it made it feel pretty inaccessible. As a new client, it also felt surprising that no one welcomed me or checked in before or after class, which left me feeling a bit disconnected.
During class, the music and microphone kept cutting in and out, making it really hard to hear the instructor and stay present. Overall, I was excited to try New York Pilates, but I left feeling a little let down given the price and experience. I didn’t find there to be anything particularly unique or better about their style of teaching or movement either.
I did appreciate the text message after class asking for feedback, but I was again disappointed that nobody replied when I offered...
