We booked via a guy at the exit of the metro station. He told us that this was a boat that disembarked at the statue of liberty. When we arrived to the boat the crew told us that there was no disembarking from the boat and it was only a cruise. The cruise itself is okay but don’t buy your tickets from people at the metro station. Also the prices that they make you pay is the double of what they announce and they make time pressure about the beginning of the cruise so you don’t really have time to ask any question. Do not book this cruise. We booked this cruise via booking.com and were at their dock 30 minutes early. Waited for 1:15 minutes with my two toddlers in the cold, but the vessel never showed up. All calls to their support phone went unanswered. There was another party who had booked them via a travel agent. We all tried all possible ways of contacting someone with information but could not reach anyone. Day after, they sent an email asking us to leave a positive review with a link to this page. Dont waste your time or money. 1st off it wasnt an hour. It was only like 30 mins. It just takes 15 mins to get on and 15 mins to get off. The boat is old and falling apart. My nephew saw them using duck tape to put pieces back on. Its not wheelchair or walking cane accessible so make sure you dont have seniors with bad knees. They people who sold us the tickets lied about everything. The shuttle bus was horrible.....
