BEWARE!! I feel SCAMMED, RIPPED OFF. CHEATED. Store management here is completely incompetent was not willing to help me do an exchange on unworn sneakers that was bought from them online, unfortunately over the 60 day period. This is never a problem with an actual retailer would have offered me an exchange or store credit. I was given neither option which is sad when these products cost so much to buy. This is PURE CORPORATE GREED, stiffing customers is just so low. I recommend not buying anything from them cuz they dont care about customer satisfaction only your money. The employees there wasted my time and energy and dont know anything about your company policies. I was treated less than humanely why did they not have a competent manager on staff the day i came in? Unorganized, unprofessional. First i came in several days to do a return and was promised a store manager would email me to let me know if they would accept the return... THEY NEVER DID. I called and was told i was speaking to a lady manager there that was both rude and unhelpful stating that oh company policy changed few months ago in december so now they cant help customers anymore. Well i bought these from them before the new policy so i think i should be grandfathered in to the old return policy since they basically are scamming me and telling me to get lost. They claim the sneaker brand is losing hype due to tariffs. I would argue that it has more to do with nike failing customers as a brand. Sneaker hype is over time to go under if you guys cant keep customers you will most likely go under im the third review here not good that you guys have unsatisfied customers early on. If I could give 0 stars i would but 1 is the lowest I could give. I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at your store on July 7, 2025, during an attempted product exchange scheduled for 1:00 PM. The manager on duty at the time demonstrated a noticeable lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service skills.
From the beginning of the interaction, there was a clear absence of human connection. Instead of listening to my concerns or making any effort to understand the situation, the manager approached the conversation in a cold, transactional manner giving me no options but a customer care phone number. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience I had experienced, nor was there any attempt to resolve the issue in a customer-focused way. Being a solution developer in a retail setting should always be top priority.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of post-purchase care. A manager’s role includes ensuring that customers feel valued and supported, especially when resolving problems. Unfortunately, I left the store feeling dismissed, frustrated, and with the strong impression that my business was not appreciated.

The staff here is more polite and courteous than other stores I’ve experienced in the city. Since they’re new, it’s easier to get what you need faster as there’s not a lot of crowds.
