Nike Unite - Harlem — Local services in New York

Before coming to this store I had called to find out if I can return the shoes I ordered online for this Nike store to order me a half size up and I was told by the store manager that I could. So my husband, children and I decided to visit this Nike store yesterday on May 27, 2023 during the afternoon and received Unprofessional, disturbing and disgusting behavior from a female cashier who was very prejudice, I had mentioned to her that the sneakers I had ordered online were a bit small and with an attitude she responded “If you couldn’t find anything you liked in the store then you can get a full refund and reorder them a different size yourself” I couldn’t believe what she just said and I didn’t want to argue back with her so I proceeded with my refund; my husband also tried to get help and was given attitude by a young male when asking for some help for his size; due to them giving us dirty looks, negative energy and response just one of thee most worst experiences ever in my 34 years; my husband, children and I left this Nike store not ever wanting to return. My family members and I have been supporting Nike for decades and this is very unfortunate because I traveled really far to come to this specific location as well and makes me want to tell my other family members my experience with Nike, it’s extremely sad who they’ll hire. Employees at Nike (Harlem store) are trained to sign in customers as members & tell them they will receive 15% off their purchase. When one gets to the register to pay the bill, the cashier will tell you don’t qualify. I also spoke to a manager named Nape and he just got upset cuz his register was taking time uploading. His attitude was terrible. I asked him if he was ok cuz he definitely hated what he was doing. It seems as he didn’t want any customers at the location. Horrible experience...

Aside from security watching me as if I wanted to steal something. My experience was pretty straight forward as I only went to this location to make a return that I purchased online.
