The catch phrase for âDeal or No Dealâ was originally founded by my father âIsmael Nievesâ SR in the 2000s. Other furniture business stolen that catch phrase from my dad, and never gave him his rightful credit. My father is a professional salesman at what he does and is a man of God and was saved through the blood of Jesus Christ years ago, hallelujah, Amen. A very few comments that was made about my father were false, of how he conducted doing business. Because, if you knew my father, you would know that he is an honest, trustworthy and reasonable salesman. Also, to all the negative comments about this furniture store, majority of it is not genuine. Some of the comments was dishonest, and others comments werenât accurate. Itâs an unfortunate, situation. Yes, can sometimes mistakes happens? Of course. That is why that this Furniture Store business will work to resolve any issues with the deliveries & furniture. The fact of the matter is that, sometimes there are people that arenât satisfied with how things are handled properly, or certain prices with the cost of something. Things of that sort and then they got a serious issue and problem with something and instead of trying to fix things they just have an attitude problem. Or start getting upset with the sales person. Instead of trying to resolve the situation. At the end of the day, we canât satisfy some people but all that we can do is improve in how we do business, and change the structure way of doing things that are not in our best interest, but for the company. Hopefully, moving forward that this Furniture Business always continues to strive because the community should always support their local small or middle business.    Read moreThis is the first funiture store I dealt with for a big purchase. I brought a sofa, a loveseat, and a recliner, the online price was different from the in store price ( as will be anywhere you shop) which was figured. Online price for the set of 3 was 800 I paid 1200 because I do not like to shop online when spending over 600$. Everyone's preference is their own; just saying. Now beside that I decided I wanted a table when I got there I seen it on the floor and fell in love. All together I paid 1,806$ for these 4 pieces. This is not and price to me but to each is own. Delivery 108 but tax 157 which is backwards I feel...
The reason why I will not give 5 stars is because in store the man tried to jip me. Before we got to the TOTAL PRICE: 2,066.0 there were many complications with him going up and down and trying to do the "fancy dancing finger" with his calculator. The man could see I wasn't stupid not blind. But if you are unaware of things like this you may get gotten for amounts you didn't need to pay.
Now his was a year ago and now the sofa is down in the middle which means the support board is faulty. This happened just out of the warranty range unfortunately (A year).. The loveseat is great so maybe I just had too many people sitting in the middle of the sofa. Who knows, but home Depot has been a great friend. I have not had to pay extra to get my furniture fixed. I brought a wooden block and some more cotton and furniture looks as new. It is burgandy very nice color by the way the recliner is perfect and wonderful I am a plus sized woman 5'8" & 300lbs so please take that into consideration when reading.
Now to conclude i will add that when I did initially purchase I had no intentions of keeping this furniture more than 2 years. I would recommend just shopping online and buying straight offline because in person is a waste of time. And other than that I am still satisfied with my first big purchase of furniture.    Read moreDO NOT SHOP HERE! I wish I could give them 0 stars cause they don't even deserve 1 star. These people are so unprofessional! Had I been warned I would've never done business with them. To begin with they lied about prices and then offered me a "very discounted price" just to go on the website and see the real price. Then not only did I have to harass them, I literally called them over 20 times in 2 days, to schedule a delivery date after they failed to call me themselves but they were late for delivery and also rude. They told me from 11:30-2 and they showed up at 3:45 then were extremely rude to the person there. The chairs to my dining table set are all wobbly and one was scratched so bad it gave my 9yr old niece a huge "splinter" on her leg. Splinter is in quotes because the piecw of wood in her leg was at least 4 centimeters long. I've called many times to speak to a manager and a week later still haven't been able to contact him. Save yourself a headache, I repeat do NOT shop here!
Update; the delivery people never set up the electronic sectional or fix the wobbly chairs they sent with the dining room set. After 2 appointments that I had to harass them for to send someone to fix it, both times no one showed up and no one called. I ended up having to pay someone to come fix my new furniture. I spoke to Maro, the office manager, Mo, the manager and Sam, the owner. Mo did nothing, Sam made promises after promises and eventually I was told he went to his country for 2 months so I had to deal with Maro who was extremely rude and after having a screaming match with her she told me to call the insurance so that she didn't have to deal with me. After almost 2 months they offered to send me a mirror to make it up to me and same thing. The day of the delivery no one showed up, 2 weeks later the delivery guy calls to say he's on his way and when I asked how long he laughed,hung up on me and didn't answer my calls when I called him back.
