Quick to take your money, Abysmal Post-Sales Service and Endless Delays, Questionable reviews
I am writing this review out of sheer frustration. I purchased a premium massage chair for nearly $10,000 in early March. At the time of sale, the team was incredibly attentive and assured me of a delivery around May. May came and went. It is now mid-July, and I still do not have my chair. Emails were unanswered, I have had to be the one to constantly call for updates. Each call is the same: I speak to a different person, they give me a vague story about waiting for a technician to be available to fly in for the assembly, and they promise to "get an update" and call me back. The callback never comes. It is completely unbelievable that a company operating at this price point cannot schedule an assembly and delivery for over four months. The lack of a clear ETA is unacceptable. They were quick to take my money but have shown zero interest in fulfilling their end of the bargain. they also refuse to refund, claiming to charge 15% restocking fee.. restocking fee for what?? chair was not even delivered! I deeply regret this purchase and would strongly advise others to consider the reality of the post-sales support before buying from OSIM.

During my visit, I removed my rings, including my engagement ring, before using a chair and realized the next morning that I had left them behind. Naturally, I was anxious, but based on the level of service and the care they showed to both me and other customers, I felt confident they would find and safeguard my rings.
