My experiences at this shop has been nothing short of amazing. Aside from product knowledge, the service is amazing. Not only are the store employees attentive, they are also willing to assist, give advice, and entertain with the upmost patience for customers like myself who have spent hours in the shop comparing the products and trying to make a decision. We drove from Manhattan to this shop in Flushing to get a stroller and ultimately now all of our larger baby products. The store offers 15% discount on all items if you pay in cash, along with a 10% discount on all items they need to order for you if they do not have it in stock. There is also an option to ship items to your home if they have to order it for you or if the item is in their warehouse. The team there make it super easy to work with them and they are also willing to work with you to find the perfect item for your baby. We ultimately went with a Uppababy Vista as we were looking for a double stroller. we took the Uppababy Vista home as they had it in stock and then pre-ordered the rumbler seat. 2 days later, we wanted to cancel the rumbler, and put what we paid towards a high chair. I called them and it was a seamless transaction. They texted me a confirmation and that was it! All we have to do is go pay the balance and pick up our item. If you are looking for something specific, you can call the shop first to see if they have the item on display before heading over. Friendly note, the shop doesnt have servivce (at least for t-mobile) so if you wanted to look anything else up to compare, you may not be able to, but the store is willing to pull up additional photos of set ups and configurations for you...

Came to the store on a Sunday morning pretty surprised at how busy they were. We walked in and started looking at Nuna strollers. Originally we had planned to get the tavo but it didn’t make sense due to the size being so small. We found the Mixx next which is what we ended up purchasing. This stroller is so beautiful it’s so luxurious without the price tag and the quality of the fabric is so nice. We also looked and purchased the Nuna Rava this car seat is so nice and spacious. Our son loved it and looked so comfortable in it. They actually let you test out the gear and let us sit my son in there. This was so important to our decision we wanted something our son would love. The store itself is so nice and clean also very organized they don’t have a crazy amount of stuff. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable they are also very straightforward and honest. I’ve attempted to shop here three times because everything they have is adorable, but my family and I were mistreated and never offered assistance. All our questions either go ignored or have short replies. I was determined to return, hopeful our experience would be different each time, but today was indeed the last attempt. We went in to purchase an Easter dress for my 2y/o. One of the sales associates walked right past us and didn’t ask us if we needed help. When we did ask for help, the sales associate told us we should grab the dress ourselves and offered no insight on the sizing. I was shocked by how rudely she replied, so I asked if she could bring the dress down since she was an employee there. After this I felt uncomfortable and left.
