As someone whoās relatively new to the gym and has mostly relied on self-teaching, this program was a game-changer for me. The one-on-one coaching provided immense value, especially under Todd's expert guidance. Todd is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind, patient, and holds you accountable in the best way possible. From the very first session, he took the time to understand my goals and tailored each workout to my specific needs, ensuring I built a strong, sustainable fitness foundation from the start.
What really stood out to me was Toddās attention to detailāhe meticulously explained every move and made sure my form was on point to prevent injury. As I progressed, he continued to challenge me, gradually increasing the intensity and complexity of the sessions in a way that pushed me to grow stronger each week.

I called Todd, the founder of Out-Fit, discussed my concerns and goals, and then scheduled a personal training session. I am so glad that I scheduled that session because I have learned so much from him. He has helped me to improve my form and flexibility, which has allowed me to have easier and more effective workouts.
After working with Todd for about 10 sessions over the summer, I started attending small group classes in the Fall at the studio and some of the large group classes as well. The work that I did in the personal training sessions helped me to feel more prepared and less intimidated going to the group classes (so if youāre nervous about what to expect, I highly recommend started with some individual training sessions with Todd). The classes are absolutely fantastic. The environment is supportive and encouraging, and the workouts are extremely effective.
