I have never been more disappointed in getting a pedicure in my life. I live in NYC with 10 different places around the corner from me, and traveled over two miles, paid a $25 taxi one way to come here based on the reviews. I should have gotten one down the street from me. This was supposed to be a Russian pedicure, that lasted an hour. She was done within 20 mins. I even sat down and told her I have terrible feet and will give a massive tip to take her home. I even brought my partner with me who has insanely beautiful pedicured feet. How was it possible that she was done with me ten minutes before him? He got a hot towel, I didn’t. She was asking him a ton of questions about how he wanted it done, I wasn’t asked one. I asked her at the end to file the top of my nails, and I literally saw her roll her eyes. I asked her to trim the callus on my feet, she didn’t even use one at all. For a place that charges more than double for a regular pedicure, and made me feel so incredibly insecure about my feet, which I rarely even am, I will never come back here again. My partners pedicurist was so nice and sweet and smiling, and even talking to me, while mine, named Ella, said about two words to me....
Read moreI had the most amazing experience at Russian Manicure NYC with Julia for a Russian hard gel manicure! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Julia is truly a master of her craft—her attention to detail is unmatched, and she took such great care in perfecting every aspect of my nails.
The Russian hard gel application was flawless, leaving my nails looking stunning, strong, and beautifully shaped. Julia took the time to ensure everything was done with precision, and the end result exceeded my expectations! My nails have never looked this perfect.
Not only was the quality of service outstanding, but the entire experience was also so relaxing. I appreciated how clean and hygienic everything was, and the level of care they put into their work was evident. If you're looking for top-tier nail services, I highly recommend booking with Julia—she’s an absolute gem! I can’t wait for my next...
Read moreI’ve been looking for a go-to nail spot, so I tried this place for a Russian pedicure, which was great. I returned for a manicure and although it wasn’t horrible, I won’t return again, especially given the price ($100+ with tip). I’m willing to pay more for a Russian-style manicure because of the heightened attention to detail (extensive cuticle work, careful nail shaping, detailed polish application). Unfortunately, I didn’t experience that with my manicure here. My nails aren’t well shaped and the polish is too thick/uneven, in the way that actually feels uncomfortable. I told my nail artist a few times that the polish was too thick, but she didn’t do anything too fix them. I’ll go somewhere else to have them file down the polish, so it doesn’t look so bulky. Again, not an awful manicure, and my pedicure looks nice, but you can definitely get better Russian manicures elsewhere, mostly in midtown, for...
