I WANT MY SAUCES OR FULL REFUND !! It’s been months since I ordered.

I am writing to address an issue regarding my purchase of pepper sauce from your NYC branch. My transaction receipt number is 603-29198, and I completed the purchase on June 27, 2024.

During my visit, I was unable to take the hot sauces with me due to airline restrictions. I was assured by your staff that the items could be shipped, and I paid the shipment fee promptly. However, despite my continued attempts to reach out via email and phone, I have yet to receive a response or confirmation regarding the status of my shipment.

This situation has been ongoing for a considerable period, and unfortunately, I have not received the expected service. I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter. Please either process a full refund or expedite the shipment of my order.

I am eager to resolve this issue amicably and look forward to your prompt response.

I've been to the pepper palace location in Poconos its great and on 2/23/24 I went to this great manhattan location and had a great time buying sampling and discussing hot sauce and spices and great pepper palace products with the great store Manager Vinny.hes so helpful and knowledgeable and has great caring enthusiasm.Im go be a customer for life and I highly recommend going here and supporting ths great store Vinny will take care of ya they have a very interesting varieties.The nasal napalm and beef jerky...

Literally, a life changing experience!!! They let you sample and taste the different sauces and they have a sauce for everything and will make any meal go from basic to outstanding. I RECOMMEND the smokin MOCHA is my favorite , all sauces are made from natural vegetables but it taste just like STEAK, is amazing. I also recommend the coconut shrimp. I put a picture of my favorite sauces from them. Also I've seen sauces that I didn't even know existed at this store 10...
