Communication suck They never answer the phone Pay attention to your paystubs Half the staff need to learn how to communicate and speak to ppl If it wasn’t for my client I would quit Still waiting on a employment letter it’s been a month Hr is horrible and disrespectful Including to manger/supervisors The company is so unorganized DIQUE the ppl with a HEART I swear this is one of the worst companies I will never get tried of updating This company sucks all they do is gossip and then feel disrespected grow up and actually do some work it definitely an office full of gossip queen Next step is BBB it’s definitely we’ll needed at this point Dique the people with A Heart definitely not At this point they are purposely playing with my checks…No worries what goes around most definitely come around At this point these people are purposely playing with my check No worries 😉 Almost two months and still no employment letter…where is my time going it’s always missing After three months of requesting a employment letter still haven’t received it You call and the hand up or won’t answer The Worst company for HHA Go somewhere else that have people with a heart Completely sick of the childish attitude Throw the whole staff’s away start over Coordinator too The facts that they send a so called appreciation gift card from Dunkin’ Donuts with $.0.00 shows a lot thanks to which ever childish person sent And make sure that the rules apply for everyone This company sucks One Band one sound The ppl with out a Heart this company really sucks RUN 🏃🏽‍♀️ It’s suppose to be about the patient Ms.Hamilton you definitely are something else Every year this company sucks more Y’all need to understand that yall don’t own personal touch the people without a heart you people just work there like everyone else I swear the people without a heart are full of it …….completely over them all one band on sound So far it sounds horrible in that office This company is full of ppl that think they own the company smh your just a worker love The real question is why are they so mad In That office They keep you on hold for hours then hung up god I will give them if they pick up because then they gonna give you everything but help Company is trash asf The facts that they pick and choose who to help too much BS with this BS ppl threw the Whole office away with everything in it lol Brianna that was weak You ppl are failing to understand that everybody has a job to attend to, No worries Nane you as well need to remember you just work there for the now Remember this business not personal Bullshit company bull shit nurse They don’t take action all they do is cover up for the classless nurse Fabiola, you are the worst nurse I ever encounter I swear the nurses for this company are straight...

I signed up for this job in the hopes of being able to help those who couldn't always help themselves. Suffice it to say, this job did nothing to help me do that.

I quit this job today due to grievances concerning lack of communication on the part of coordinators (as I was informed during orientation that I would be contacted by one, I wasn't), lack of steady hours (as the lack of permanent assignments are woefully annoying. Not to mention the app they make you download doesn't allow me to sign up to help ANY client), the client pool being cut in half (as I am male and was told I could not work with female clients).

Had I known that the job (or rather this company) was conducting business in this manner, I would not have wasted my time with the "training" (which they crammed about 3 to 4 weeks of training into 5 days and I haven't received any certification to show that I actually completed said "training") or even bothered applying.

If you were thinking about signing up with this company (either as a worker or client), don't. You'll be better off elsewhere. Why their union, 1199, ever bothered to partner up with them is beyond me.

Five months I held off on writing a comment, five months of being patient. I’m done!!!!

Worst place I have ever worked for, five months I have been waiting for my first three weeks of payment, after they messed up my mailing address and not include my room number in my address. Whenever I call I either don’t get through to anyone n when I do I am being spoken to as if I owe this agency; no sense of understanding, nor care, like I am the one who owe them. After five months I’m being told that checks that were supposedly mail to me cannot be cancelled/closed and new checks written and sent out, or do a direct deposit. Also, it’s the 4th month in the year and I still haven’t received my W2, contacted them for a copy only to be place on hold for an hour only to be disconnected after. No call back nor anything and as we speak again I’m trying to contact them about my W2 and no one is answering the damn phone. I wonder how many employees have been through, or is experiencing this? Maybe this comment will get the attention of someone worthwhile… this is sincerely ridiculous.
