We missed the reason we decided to come here because the all you can eat meat fest is only Monday thru Thursday. We heard great things about that main attraction but had to settle for something else.

The atmosphere is bright, colorful and inviting with plenty of monitors for sporting events. There is a small stage which I assume is for live music. There are no menus so you have to scan the QR code. When you ask about something, the waitress points to the QR code.

The appetizers were underwhelming and added little to the experience. The 12 ounce skirt steak was fine, but I would have enjoyed more chimichurri to use. They seem to be proud of their boiled potatoes that are presented in a unique fashion. There are no substitutions for that which is unfortunate. I suppose they want to be original by not offering any sides with rice and beans of any color. That seems strange for a Colombian restaurant. Sometimes you can be too fancy for your own good. The house salad is more of an onion salad. I’ve never seen anything like that with so many onions to pick through to get to a few useful tomatoes. The arepa was small and average.

This place is on the expensive side partly because they automatically add a 20% service charge on parties of 1 or more and there is a 4% fee for debit or credit cards.

I wish I could come back and try the meat fest but my wife said this restaurant was...

I came to celebrate my wife’s birthday here because I saw it on social media. I don’t live in queens so I travel far to get here and my expectations were high. I wanted my wife to have a good time but truthfully I myself had a miserable time and I’m sure my wife did as well. We ordered something pretty easy the all you can eat and the all you can drink ( coconut mojitos and pineapple mojitos) for 2 hours. I received my food late and my drinks came out late as well. I didn’t say anything at first but then I was waiting 40 minutes for someone to come over after we had finished eating waiting to ask for another plate the waitress just saw my empty plate from afar and kept on her way. I had to ask the hostess for assistance more than once to be able to ask for more food and drinks. After this it kept taking over 40 mins after asking for drinks. They messed up on our drinks and gave us frozen margaritas which we told the server we’d accept but if she could please bring us wheat we asked for. Also they charged us a credit card fee even though we were paying cash so we were not even asked. Overall I spent over 3 hours here waiting on service. The food was OKAY, but service was slow. I would not come back here nor would...

I came here to watch a Copa America soccer match and had an absolutely AMAZING time. The drinks? DELICIOUS! The atmosphere? Absolutely ENTHRALLING! The service? STELLAR! Tatiana was an excellent server and every. single. drink. Sebastian made was a delight for my tastebuds. The all you can eat deal is an absolute STEAL and there’s absolutely nothing like the flavor of the charcoal grill and the experience of watching the grill masters at work right in front of you. Tatiana’s warm smile and excellent knowledge of the menu and customer service would make absolutely anyone want to come back a million times. My wife had the mojito and she loved it, I had a margarita that I had to stop myself from ordering another. And another. And another. Will definitely be coming back hungry, thirsty, and ready for a good time.

PS: Camila was a great manager and took the time out to ask us how our meal was and they seem to be really receptive to any and all feedback. This is the type of service and attention to detail that’s great to see from new businesses that truly care about the...

We tried the All You Can Eat which came with steak, blood sausage, pork sausage, pork belly, fried cassava, sweet plantains and boiled potatoes. Although the menu said pork ribs, these were not available; neither was there house salad. The steak was tasty, flavorful and tender. Don’t expect NY steak house quality steak or cuts. The cuts are very traditional Colombian steaks. We also ordered a side of Chunchullo and these were fried to perfection. Crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. The side basket of plantains, yuca fries and boiled potatoes were delicious. The arepas were a little dry. The 20% service charge was a little steep. Yes, you could ask for it to be removed but really, just let your customers tip as they see fit instead of that awkwardness of asking for the service charge to be removed. And on top of that another 4% credit card charge. They were transparent about the charges but my conclusion is that the food was decent but not value for money.
