This past December Celebrity sent me an email that they were no longer doing business with Pied Piper . I was concerned as I had sent in a deposit for the Bermuda cruise . I called Celebrity who affirmed the above but that reservation was secure . I forwarded the email from Celebrity to Pied Piper who told it was a mistake, not true and I should ignore it . Huh? Fast forward last week Piper sends a long winded email that because celebrity was homophobic and threatening to their clients they were no longer doing business with them . And that Celebrity had cancelled my reservation . I was aghast and reforwarded the December email to Piper to say that they knew in December the relationship was cancelled . They write back a rambling email that celebrity were liars and cheats never addressing the issue . Just so happens pied had arranged another cruise in its place and was pushing it . I called Celebrity who said my reservation was good and never cancelled . I asked and got back my deposit from celebrity right away . Omg what a bunch of liars . Read moreSome how they are deleting reviews...not sure how they do this. We booked 2 cruises on board our last trip with them. Both Celebrity and Pied Piper reps. were present during the booking. After we left the ship Pied Piper sent us a updated receipt that was almost $3000 over the agreed prices. I called multiple times without a returned call. Finally, after emailing and a threat to turn over to BBB, I received a call back. They said they were no longer able to honor the pricing but wouldn't refund our deposit. I took the issue up with Celebrity and they refunded our money and we no longer book with Pied Piper. It's unfortunate since we've had great times on many cruises with them including some expensive itinerary's. The change in leadership has left us un-happy and won't be returning customers. I myself am a travel agent and we typically partner with tons of agencies to provide the most and best options to our clients and they literally won't do anything over the phone unless you are booking a new cruise, no email notifications about final payments, and no connectivity.
