Plan452 Laundromat & Dry Cleaner “ Laundry Club “ — Local services in New York

I worked online at the hours before I left my place of residence they said they close at 9:00 p.m. I got there before 8:00 and they would not let me wash my clothes even though I told them I just wanted to wash them so it only take me like 45 minutes if that usually only takes 30 minutes does washers wash really quick as everyone knows I'm not prejudiced at all but these people definitely were there was only Asians in there and the laundromat look like he was on by an Asian as well and I'm a white lady and he told me that I cannot wash my clothes even though there was an hour and 10 minutes left before he closed and then he tried to tell me that he was close then even though there were multiple people still coming in washing clothes but he would not allow me to wash mine this this is racist as finest and I would not recommend this laundromat to anybody at all this is poor customer service amongst other things I'm so outraged right now I walk 2 miles with three huge bags of clothes and had to pay somebody to help me carry them and then get there and weren't able to walk wash them and have to walk all the way back to my place of residence I will never go here again and would never recommend this place to any of my friends I would not recommend this place to anyone at all there are a lot more laundromats closer and cheaper with better hours and a whole lot better customer service because I have been to them thank you all for...

Ruined my clothes. I hate to give this place a bad review because the price was decent and the staff were friendly, but I got it back with a ton of black spots on my clothes. White undershirts are completely trashed and my previously nice shirt has been demoted to casual wear. Never used a laundrette in my life, this place wasn't too bad - I let the gentleman know I was new to this but he didn't seem bothered and just left me too it, I didn't know how much it cost, where I got the chemicals, how I use the coin system ehc, wasn't very well explained, was in there for around an hour.
