Evan Sievers from Pups Pet Club Downtown Brooklyn is an absolute gem! He worked with CeCe on basic obedience training, and the results were amazing. As first-time puppy parents, we learned so much from Evan, not just about training CeCe, but also about how to handle her with confidence and patience.
Evan's approach was tailored to CeCe's needs, and he was punctual and flexible with timing, which was a huge plus. The fact that he did training sessions with CeCe alone, as well as joint sessions with us, made a huge difference. We got to see CeCe thrive under his guidance, and we gained valuable insights into how to communicate with her effectively.
Evan's expertise, patience, and enthusiasm made the training process enjoyable and rewarding for both CeCe and us. We can't recommend him highly enough! If you're looking for a trainer who truly cares about your pup's well-being and your success as a pet parent, look no further than Evan Sievers. Five stars isn't enough – we'd give him ten stars...
Read moreIf you're looking for a place where your dog can have a blast, Pups Pet Club is the spot! My dog absolutely loves coming here. Every time we pull up, you can see the excitement in their eyes – they know exactly where they're headed. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, but there's one particular staff member who seems to have a special connection with my dog. Unfortunately, I can’t recall her name, it sounds like Lysol but I’m sure it’s not, but she's the girl with the colorful hair (you'll know who I mean when you see her). My dog lights up every time she sees her, and I love how much attention and care they give to every pet. The facilities are clean, safe, and full of fun activities that keep my dog entertained for hours. I trust them completely with my furry friend and always leave knowing they've had a great time. Highly recommend Pups Pet Club to anyone looking for a fun, reliable, and loving spot...
Read moreOur precious miniature dachshund, Blondie, came home with an upset stomach after attending this daycare for two days in a row.
After we asked the staff to ensure she's not eating anything she shouldn't be we were told she regularly eats feces from other dogs including twice that same day!
The staff does not attend any of the animals in their care and are only concerned with gouging you for your money. When we picked up Blondie for the last time from this horrid place the staff & manager, Mika, promised us a refund for our package (which we never received after many ignored emails & calls) but tried to sell us dog training. If only they exerted as much effort in attending people's pets as they do while trying to sell to you.
Blondie attended Dogtopia in LIC for a year prior to PUPS Pet Club and never had any issues in a daycare with other dogs. Please don't subject your dog...
