I am a Visual Person, and I believe what I see. I am so happy that I found a Doctor that is phenomenal. He is kind, he is considerate of you as more than just a patient, but as a person. He demonstrates professionalism and maturity. Often times the word maturity is mistaken for how someone acts, in this instance it is Dr. Lodha’s knowledge, his ability to communicate so that you trust and you understand. And yes his overall decorum, in my opinion is exceptional. My medical care is everything to me, I take it very seriously. Honestly, this group of people from the time you’re greeted at the door until the PA takes you into the room and then Dr. Lodha comes in with a big smile you can see in his eyes; is an experience I truly wish I had at all my doctors appointments. Well in reality I wish everywhere I went I could get such exceptional attention, care, concern, respect, and overall kindness. Dr. Lodha is a fabulous Doctor who truly cares about you as a person. Yes, we are his patients, but he treats you like family and it is so obvious by his cool, calm, and understanding demeanor. I am so grateful to have him managing my care. It’s no wonder each and every staff member are as gracious as they are, when their leader sets the high standards for excellence! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Update: 7/12/22. Of course I’ve seen Dr. Lodha since my last update. However, I just want to share again with everyone reading this how phenomenal he is. I am truly grateful that I have a Doctor, one who pulled up a chair today to listen to me and to talk to me, not at me… And the Staff under his Leadership are the most Amazing Team you could ever hope for and the Exceptional Service & Patient Care is Consistent…...

Most of the reviews from this dermatologist office are positive but my experience was negative. I have gone a couple of times to this clinic but the second time going there didn’t go well . During my first visit, it went well with the dermatologist and sent me to do xrays because I have a cyst in my left arm . However when I went for the second visit, there were 4 women receptionist . I told one of them that I had an appointment so they checked and she told me that I didn’t had any appointment scheduled nor my personal information is on file. I told her that I have scheduled the appointment the last time I was there and I even showed her confirmation but she told me that since it’s not in her computer, I wont be able to proceed with the visit . Then another receptionist told me if I was sure that I went there the first time and made the appointment when I even showed her the confirmation but neither believed that I had an appointment at that day and at that exact time . Then another woman arrived to the front desk and told me that I had to leave since I didn’t had an appointment. I told them that if a patient makes an appointment in person like I did on the first visit or by phone , the appointment as well as the patient information is supposed to be in the software with the rest of the patient’s information. The three women that were in the front gave me odd looks and were laughing at what I said. I felt humiliated and unwelcomed. His staff is flexible with appointments and can usually work with you to get a last-minute spot if something comes up (and if you're running late they generally can still accommodate you).

The doctor himself gives fairly careful attention. Unlike my last dermatologist he takes the time to address every issue I have, and also proactively spots things that I hadn't been paying attention to (like razor burn) and fixes them. He fixed several little imperfections in my skin that I thought were unfixable--just a few quick and painless procedures the first time I saw him.

The doctor also gets great results for chronic skin conditions. I was previously going to another dermatologist in the city who was prescribing some fairly aggressive drugs to treat acne. Dr. Lodha quickly noted that, with my sensitive skin, those drugs were probably making things worse, not better. He put me on a regimen of several newer medications. My symptoms cleared up within a few weeks, after years of treatment by another dermatologist had failed.

He's also mindful of costs. Insurance has covered everything, and his staff checks your deductible to make sure you know if something might be costly before you make a decision about whether to get a particular procedure.
