It was no use! Spraying was not working, electrical devices, failed after years and added expense! Roaches had the upper hand, I had just about given up! For Years I was plagued with recurrent kitchen roaches, hidden in the walls! My only hope was to move! In total despair, I complained to my Coop manager, who assured me that their exterminator was excellent.. sure! But what could I lose?! I was amazed when a jolly, friendly young man rang my bell. Mike Garcia was led to the battleground. He was almost instantly able to identify the roaches I had... 'Brown Bandits'!! I knew immediately I was in good hands! He told me to take photos of the roaches I saw to fully know what we were dealing with. He meticulously sprayed my entire kitchen with organic spray, telling me to get rid of excess clutter and cardboard storage in my lower kitchen cabinets. He showed me eggs being laid by roaches where I tried to tape up any open spaces!! Mike knows all types of insect pests, he studies Entomology, his motto is, "Each Roach is a Different Approach!" he honestly loves his work!! We’ve been clients of Western for nearly ten years. We have had the pleasure of having Marvin as our technician for the past two plus years. He is a consummate professional and excellent technician. Through his diligence and attention to detail, we have maintained an excellent record with regards to our health inspections and managing our pest and vermin control. When we have had issues arise, Marvin has always been quick to develop effective action plans to deal with them and eradicate the problem quickly and efficiently. He goes above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure we maintain an excellent record. He takes great pride in his work, and it shows. We recently experienced an issue where a delivery brought with it unwanted guests. Marvin quickly discovered the source of our problem and developed an action plan to eradicate the problem before it grew into a bigger and more expensive issue.
