Absolutely amazing, but only really the clothes. The clothes were beautiful, fashionable, and aesthetic. The customer service was pretty good too. However, at the end it was horrible. Me and my mother were going to the checkout, in which I had to go change out my shoe. So, I went downstairs, and one of the women that worked there was on the phone, was talking with somebody. So, she was so distracted that she gave our bag to some woman, and she ran off with it! They didn’t even do anything about it. Yesterday I went in here to buy two items of clothing. When I asked if they had a dressing room they said no, and that I was welcomed to return my items within 7 days of purchase. I come back literally today (the next day) suddenly my card can’t be read and there’s no possible way for them to give me my refund on my returned purchased. They claimed there was an issue with my card and I’d be welcomed to come back tomorrow and try again or take store credit. When I said I wanted neither of that I had the store manager tell me I was “pissing her off” she’s lucky there were customers behind me. My online experience was a rewarding one I never Waited for my purchase it was at my doorstep in 3,7 days, I had servals pair of boots, for myself and family, fashionable clothing, jewellery, scarves gloves mitten Etc. Because of the prices and discounts Rainbow was always my first choice I found that Rainbow store at 39 street had better quality clothing than I seen in other locations.
