I have been doing Russian manicure and pedicure for many years with many different nail technicians and when my previous nail technician moved to another state I had to find someone else. They charge 125.40 for cancellation fees. Just so everyone knows before making any reservations.

On the phone, the guy only said then we have no choice but have to charge you cancellation fees. No details explained, I said that’s fine. Until I found out later on my email, that’s it’s 125.40 dollars. I called back and checked see if they charged me wrong. Nop, it was a full price. Where I wasn’t aware of. Second, you guys DID NOT try to find a solution for me. Only said “ we have no choice but to charge you cancellation fees” actually everything is recorded right? Go back and listen to it pls.
