Souvenirs LLC — Local services in New York

THE place to get souvenirs!! Let me tell you... As a former New Yorker, I'm well aware of the crazy tourist traps in my beloved hometown... This isn't one of them. These guys offer a huge variety of souvenirs at really low prices! We got five quality hoodie sweaters for $100... The same ones sell in a Times Square shop for almost twice the price. Also, the closer you are to a legendary NYC location, the higher the prices usually... Uh uh... This place is one block north of the Empire State Building... Snack dab in the middle of a tourist trap. The guys are really cool, very helpful, and no pressure to buy a thing... Give it a try if you're looking to get some NYC trinkets to...

Horrible employees. Thought I had cash at hand. Went in for several postcards. At the cashier, I started looking for my money through my pockets, then they started talking in Hindi behind my back. When I said 'oh i don't have cash', He yells at the other employee 'YOU SEE, I TOLD YOU!!!' Then yells at me 'PUT THEM BACK, WE'RE NOT YOUR EMPLOYEES!!' Not even letting me pay with a card. I don't know if it was racial discrimination against me or if that's how they treat all clients, but i'm never shopping here again. NY is big with plenty of other of the same...

Please beware of this store!!! I was a victim of a credit card fraud!!!!!!! I use my credit for a total purchase of $27.80 but instead they charge me $278.00. I complain to the store manager he got really angry at me & told me it's not his problem & contact my bank. LESSON LEARN USE...
