I think I gave plenty of chances for this business to prove itself, but it is just getting worst and worst. Again and again, they had given me appointments that they cannot fulfilled. It's so frustrating since I have rearranged my schedule to make these appointments, yet they don't care enough to correct this issue. But the worst thing was I had my eyebrows removed! That's right, REMOVED! This happened just right before Christmas last year, because the girl forgot to put plastic under the clay eye mask! They tried to charge me for the facial but I stood up for myself! Can you believe it?! I had too many horrible experiences not to put my 2 cents here to alert others! The owner, Vivian, is the most rude and obnoxious business person I ever known. She never apologizes for anything but always make excuses for herself. I had the worst facial today with the lady who told me her name is Angela. First she was late. Then most of time she was out of the room, I thought she was serving two customers at same time. She cut most of steps. When I asking her why she cut those steps, she was rude and gave excuses. She basically spent like 5 minutes to wash my face, take out pimples, then put mask and done. I ask why there is no exfoliating, face massage and neck shoulder massage, she said exfoliating is not necessary, and I didn’t change to the gown, so she thought I don’t need neck and back massage. I said you never told me to change and didn’t give me the gown to change. She said it is on the shelf, I should’ve just change it. When I give her $5 tip, she give me a look said it is not the normal tip amount. The environment is ok but isolation for the rooms need improve. I have been visited this place for many times but the service is getting worse and worse. Today I tried a new chick named Amanda. Technique needs to improve that no doubt. Worse thing is her attitude. Nasty, rude, arguing with customer with her chinglish. She missed steps and didn't massage my shoulder and neck. She stepped out in the middle of the treatment. She came back until the machine stopped. She has no knowledge how to use the high frequency spot remover and kept hurting me. She was making many noise like banging the cart; throwing the tools back to the cart; keep opened & closed the bottle next to your ear. I just totally not able to relax for that hour.
