I am so disappointed on the feet service I had today at NAIL SPA!!! I came in today and first got my nails done which came out so beautiful. Than I sat down and got my feet done by some guy. He did one foot really good and the other FOOT HORRIBLE. I nicely asked him can he redo my big toe because the v French design he did didn’t match my other foot , it was big , sloppy and horrible and wasn’t painted all the way through . He took it off and did it over but didn’t paint it all the way on the outside it was really bad. It seem to me he was getting frustrated because I was telling him how i didn’t like it. I nicely asked him if he can’t do it properly can someone else coke over here and fix this foot only. I asked him if he understood what I was saying. He said he DONT understand what I’m saying and threw some black paint over the toe. Obviously HE did kind of understand if you putting the paint over , but he not doing it correctly he wants to do a half job. #UNACCEPTABLE! I told him no you have to this over it’s all lumpy now. He got so upset that he took the medicool pro power machine and started taking scraping off all my toes nail polish, cut my skin while quickly going through my toes to take the polish off. He than pushed my feet back and said “you wait here one hour someone else will do your feet” walked away with an attitude.

I looked at him like he was crazy , that done did it . Like why would you scrap off my other feet that was done so nice after I complimented it and all you had to do was get someone to fix my big toe ? Like I have a whole event to go to in two hours and I already been in here for 2 hours. I asked several times to speak to a manager there was no manager available so they say.. I told them I am so disappointed on this service today and I definitely will not be paying full price for my feet after what I have experienced . Another lady came over to try and fix my feet but than she gets up and leave. I’m like you know what it’s best if I just go somewhere else get my feet done , just pay for my nails but I will be definitely getting a discount because this behavior & service is not okay. The lady gave me a discount on my nails I paid 50$ & left her a 10$ tip on my card.

I will never in my life come back to this nail salon, the way he treated me as a customer is unacceptable. No apology for cutting my foot nor no apology for his behavior nothing . Only one who apologized was the lady who did my nails which was very sweet.

I told the man “no gel, I am allergic” and he started putting on gel anyway. Initially, he drew the tips as straight lines? I told him I’ve never seen that before. He also filed my nails down to basically a concave shape, even though I told him not to file the shape. He didn’t take off the polish on my toes well so my feet look gray. Paid $15 extra for callus removal and I left with feet just as rough. The French on my toes is literally squiggly. I was asked why I didn’t say anything while it was happening, but I literally tried. Plus I’m paying for the service of someone who should have a license, and should theoretically know what they’re doing more than myself? They offered to have someone fixed it after I asked one of the girls if she thought they looked okay….but I’m going out of town and was already pressed for time. Still ended up paying almost $35 and I don’t even know what for tbh, I was just too tired to argue any further. I’m sad because I thought it seemed like a nice nail salon...

First time coming here I called made a same day appointment with no issue. I showed up on time was immediately seated and tended too for a gel pedicure which cost 45 bucks alone not including tip.. took his time and wasn't rushing, which I highly appreciate in a nail salon, most places will rush you and ruin the experience. Also got acrylic nails and gel polish cost 65 not including tip, done by Jason (different from person who did my toes) which came out gorgeous I absolutely loved the nail design. So service is good and nails were done beautifully, my main issue is it's been only 4 days since I got these services done and I did absolutely no hard labor and the polish on my toes started chipping off and 2 of my nails already broke off. So im extremely upset about that since i got them done for a weekend vacation, and these should have lasted me at least 2 weeks before any...
