I’ve started my journey with Repair PT about 2 years ago when I was at a peak of chronic low back pain due to bulging disc, upper back stiffness leading to migraines, as well as getting ready for and then recovering from pelvic surgery. By that time i had tried a few ways to manage and overcome my condition, didn’t get much result and was pretty sceptical. Meeting Dr. Eric Chan felt reassuring, he was standing out of many other specialists , being very attentive, knowledgeable, empathetic, willing to help. Dr. Chan listened to all my concerns and suggested a combination of strengthening exercise, stretches, hands on work, adjustments, cups and use of other equipment he has at the office, in order achieve an improvement. After some time I actually began feeling better, my body was getting stronger and pain and tension were going away, I was finally able to become more active! Soon after I was going through my first greatly desired pregnancy, and again Dr Eric Chan helped me to stay in good shape and take care of my back throughout the whole time! I used to love physical therapy sessions when I was expecting, they helped very much to ease lower back tension and keep my muscles toned . A few weeks after giving birth, i resumed my work outs with Eric first online, then both online and in person, which exceeded getting back in shape physically and mentally. Dr. Chan helps me to gain strength, stay fit and pain free, I am looking forward to our sessions twice a week! I highly recommend Repair PT to people going through painful recoveries, in need of physical therapy or personal trainer. Thank you so much, Eric for being helpful, kind...
Read moreEric's studio has been a godsend for me this year. It's perfect for covid times because it's a place to work out/do PT without too many others being around.
This is my second ankle injury that Eric is treating, and he's incredibly knowledgeable. Though it takes time and persistence to heal from a big injury like mine, Eric is coaching me every step of the way. He combines in-office exercises, hands-on techniques to loosen soreness and blood flow, and at home exercises (which he checks to see if I do!)
I've been going regularly for nearly 3 months, and I even expanded into working on my posture recently. With the way I've been sitting/standing, I may have lower back pain eventually. But Eric is helping me work that out too!
Eric offers either virtual or in-person visits, and I highly highly recommend you check...

He takes the time to understand your injuries and recovery needs, and through focused 1:1 sessions, he pushes you to reach your full potential while creating a tailored and personalized plan. I’ve been seeing Eric 2x a week for just over a month to recover from a broken tibia, and the progress has already been incredible. Not only have I seen major improvements, but I also feel cared for as a client. Eric’s expertise and understanding/supportive approach make all the difference...
