I love the workers because they really do a good job and are very humble. The owner, Annie, is another story. She has a tendency to talk to her workers in chinese to change the flow of things and they just follow her demands She is very rude when people call on the phone to make appointments, I've been in her presence when this has happened, and she makes fun of the people on the phone. If she doesn't like you. It isn't in your best interest to go there because she will make her workers do what she wants, like waiting even though you came before someone else without an appointment. She has done it to me, but I'm patient enough to ignore stuff like that. I go because I like one of her workers, and she's been caring for my nails for a long time. There’s a reason the prices are so cheap here and you get what you paid for. I came in for a French gel manicure and left with nails that look like a kid did them. The French tips are very uneven, have jagged ends, there’s a streak on my thumb, noticeable air bubbles, and the top coat got bunched up and cured on the underside one of my nails. I didn’t want to be that annoying client but there were several times where the French tip just looked so horrible that I asked to even it out but the lady was unable to fix and another worker creeped up behind me and just stood there watching which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.
