Let me just start by saying I NEVER take the time out of my day to leave a review, but this time I just had to because my experience at Rumble was just out of this world. I've been a ClassPass member so I've tried my share of classes and gyms across the city. For a while I've been looking for the one gym to rule them all and it's, unequivocally, Rumble. My precious. I feel like gyms can feel a bit exclusive and clickey and they don't even look up to say hi when you come in or make sure you are set up and briefed especially in a new environment with new equipment. It can be nerve-racking being the newbie. Not only was I welcomed like royalty every time at Rumble, they remembered me and our previous convos. They cared that I was placed where I could optimally see the trainer and follow the class and were super patient and genuinely friendly. I suspected Kristina had eyes behind her back because how was she able to give feedback on our form individually where there were so many of us in class? Amazing. Her energy is so contagious and everything from the set flow to the music to her instructions was so smooth and flawless. Shout out to Sam out there in BK also who make an 8 am class FUN and invigorating. Another reason I was on ClassPass is because it's so daunting to join a gym. You feel like you have so pledge your first born to cancel your contract and there are hidden fees and clauses everywhere. NOPE. Not here. Louie made that so straightforward for me I literally blinked and next thing I knew, I was all set up and ready to go. No hidden fees, no BS. Their customer service is something else y'all. That's what makes a difference. I felt so safe dealing with everyone who assisted me. It feels like a big family. You're not just a number.. they care. And you feel it. So yeah, THANK YOU RUMBLE and especially LOUIE who was instrumental in this pivotal move in my fitness journey! I couldn't be more grateful and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was my first boxing class at Rumble so I expected more instruction at front desk like they do at Barrys or OT. I had to tell them that it was my first class and asked for guidance. Only then was I informed that I needed to rent the gloves and purchase wraps. There was no tour of the facility or any other instructions for beginners. After hiking the six flights of stairs, I finally made it to a very crammed studio. Luckily, the morning class was light or else you would have been slapping people to do a jumping jack. I was hitting my feet on the benches to do push-ups and Iām 5ā4. I canāt imagine how taller people manage in the class. However, the icing on the cake was at the end of class. Because I was not given any instructions, I didnāt know where to return the boxing gloves. So I got to listen to the front desk girl making fun of me with another guest about how I did not know where to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI took a friend here who is a big fan of Barryās, and he liked it even better here! The screens/technology are really cool and class goes by quickly. I wouldnāt go here consistently because it is too pricey for a regular workout routine, but itās a fun novelty to shake things up sometimes. Iāve tried both the training and the boxing classes and personally I prefer the training. they have some incredible state of the art tread mills. The instructors have good energy, but I will say the sound system is sort of off so sometimes you canāt really hear what they are saying or the mix of voice and music is wrong so you canāt...
