Used to be a very frequent and loyal customer since living two blocks away. I was willing to pay their ridiculous prices but today I had enough. I walk in to get a 30 min chair massage and usually their therapists are consistently decent except today the therapist was terrible and clearly did not care about doing a good job. Instead of wasting my time counting down the minutes until the massage ended, I decided to excuse myself from the massage and go to the manager asking to switch to another therapist. He says “I will find you someone else.” Non apologetic. I sit back down in the waiting area for another 30 MINUTES and he never approaches me and finds someone else. Just ignores me the entire time. I then get up and inquire what is going on and the manager has the nastiest most arrogant attitude that I never asked to switch therapists! Yes, I am leisurely sitting on your couch now for fun! Because that makes sense.... And it was not busy by any means.... I dealt with the attitude of management here before as if they are doing you a favor and today enough is enough. Will not be wasting my time or money...

I came here to simple have the gel polish removed to give my nails a break. My nails were strong and long. So much so I almost kept the length after the gel was removed.

I decided to cut them down. The woman cut my nails and filed them as you normally would. She then filed the top of my fingernails to “get the rest of the gel off” her words. She filed them down so much that they are now red, tender to the touch and paper thin.

I worked so hard to build my nails up and make them healthy. They are now the worst they have ever been.

I did have a slightly broken thumbnail nail and she put super glue on it without telling me they charge an $10 for super glue!

I ended up paying $60 for them to remove the gel and ultimately destroy my nails.

What a scam!...

I went here for a mani pedi and it was a horrible experience. I had sns nail extensions on and they were getting close to closing so they used a metro card to take off my nails because they were too lazy to soak it in acetone. At first the woman lied and said they didn’t have the “right kind” of acetone and it’ll take too long. She then says the nails I had can’t be taken off with acetone. I’ve had my nails removed at other salons and they have always soaked in acetone. Later some parts of the nail wouldn’t come off so she soaked in it nail polish remover so the whole not being able to use acetone was a lie. She damaged my nails so bad and it was such a painful experience to a point where when of my nails was bleeding. I’ve gotten my nails taken off before from other places and I’ve never experienced this....
