Bonheur Jewelry — Local services in New York

I ordered on April 14th, requested the status of my order by email 2 weeks after on May 2nd since I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I received an email back from Alicia with Bonheur stating item was being shipped on that following Monday, May 6th, yet still no item. I sent another email once again 2 weeks later on May 16th and no response. It has been over a month and I have not received the very expensive item that I paid for. Bonheur where is my item!? The next step is going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau then filing a complaint with the Division of Consumer Protection with the New York Governor's office. Bonheur Jewelry is by far the most beautiful and well made jewelry I've ever worn. I started working with the brand a few years ago and wound up becoming full time fan myself. I love their earrings and get so many compliments on them daily. The shapes are really cool and effortless and lightweight. I recommend this brand to pretty much everyone I meet. Very chic, architectural in design I think everyone should own some bonheur. I also love that they have most of their pieces available in gold, silver and rose gold. I have quite a few pairs in both gold and silver so I can rotate them....

I love Bonheur jewlery! I have bought a lot of jewelry throughout my life, but the quality and the designs Bonheur creates really stand out and are fantastic! I have many pieces from here. Their gold hoops are my daily go-to jewelry pieces. I love mixing in their newer designs as well for dressing up my look or going out for dinner.
