Sandro Williamsburg Pop-Up — Local services in New York

The manager is super rude. I’ve bought from Sandro for years and I’m not purchasing from this store again. I bought a coat a week before thanksgiving that was 40% off and asked the SA if there will be any extra sales for Black Friday and she explicitly said “no, there won’t be.” That was a lie, since there was an extra 10% off. I went in to ask for a price adjustment and was told they don’t do it. I expressed my displeasure for being lied to. The SM argued she wouldn’t have known, which I understand, but then she should have told me “I am not sure,” not “no, there won’t be.” He was then extremely rude to me and said “well, we don’t price adjust” and looked the other way dismissing me. If 10 star was an option, I’d give it. Sandro Williamsburg is my absolute favorite store to shop. I am HUGE on customer service & this store does not let you down EVER. Round of applause for the most incredible staff; Manager Anthony is a gem as are sales associates Alexis & Latoya.All are on point and have fun personalities. I always feel welcomed & appreciated for choosing to shop there. Always greeted with a friendly welcoming attitude and assisted with the best professional service. So happy to have this store in the neighborhood! I love their line and customer service was superb! I want to point out that the company goes on sale twice a year, roughly a around labor day for summer sale and new year's for winter sale. During the sale the store stocks the items but afterwards they ship them back to the company so there's no sale rack, however you can still find the items online though. Overall had a...
